Turns out drinking water on an empty stomach is not a good plan. Gah.
I'm angry at Starbucks because they've put nuts back in their banana bread. I hate nuts and j didn't know (did the drive thru because easy with DD and HOLY RAIN TODAY) so didn't notice until I was home. Good thing the latte is good...
babyzebra I'm so jealous of the roomba. I keep telling DH I want one but he thinks it won't work in our house
I kind of forgot about buying a pumpkin to carve. I should do that before Saturday, probably...
So I tried carving a pumpkin the other day but I had to stop before I was even half-way through because the slimy pumpkin innards and the smell was making me soooooo nauseous. I had the same problem with a butternut squash I cut up for dinner a few nights ago. So, no jack-o-lanterns for me this year The upside is that I have absolutely NO interest in Halloween candy.
cattuccino, I was just about to post that water is making me totally nauseous. The only drink I've been able to stomach consistently is cherry coke, which is probably not a good thing.
Anyone else freezing? No matter what I put on I seem to always be ice cold. Super annoying.
It had been absolutely freezing in my office for the past two weeks and they FINALLY put the heat on last night. Hope you can find a way to warm up! I was drinking decaf tea all day in my attempts to stay warm.
I'm right there will all of those with a bedtime equivalent to a toddler. I know it's best since I feel so crummy in the evenings but I miss having free time after DS goes to bed.
I'm irrationally annoyed at myself today for signing up to bring blueberry muffins to DS's class Halloween party when I've just noticed the an option to bring festive table cloths is still open, which would be so much easier.
Coffee aversion. The ONE thing I was praying I'd still be able to consume...I can't. It's a sad, sad day. I've been drinking black tea for a week and it just isn't the same.
Also, I'm wearing maternity jeans. I don't need to be, but they're comfy and I don't care. Also I'm 10 pounds heavier than normal so only my fat jeans fit anyway (from bloat, and in general being lazy).

My own mother went so overboard on HA that I am forever safe from their allure. DNW. I spent my entire elementary school existence in their leggings and dresses.
I went to bed at 7:30 last night. I woke up at 5:30am , but I feel amazing that I got so much sleep. We switched my son to a toddler bed almost two weeks ago and last night was the first night he slept through the night since the switch!
How old is your DS? I'm wondering the best age to do this. My DS will be 26 months when the new baby arrives, so trying to decide whether to make the switch before or after and whether to do a twin or toddler bed.
I know you didn't ask me but I am in a similar situation. Mine will be 25 months when baby is born and I didn't want her to feel like she was going through too many changes at once since we are moving her to the bigger room. She will be in a full size bed with a guard rail thing and I plan to try it after first trimester exhaustion that way she has plenty of time before baby is here and she doesn't think she was kicked out of her room.

This is kind of my plan too. DS will be 22 months when baby is born. He will be staying in his same room but I want to move him to a full size bed with guard rail in January. Hopefully it's an easy tradition.
My little dog is terrified of bugs and shakes uncontrollably whenever he sees a fly. He's currently shaking like a leaf and is hiding behind my chair. My big dog is watching him and totally judging. I love WFH days.
