What are everyone's favorite reusable nursing pads?
I used these Dr. Browns ones last time but they could not handle my heavy letdown from the side not being nursed on. So I ended up using disposables until several months in when I my letdown calmed down a bit.
Now that I think about it, it's pretty ironic I used nursing pads made by a bottle company. Haha.
Anyways is there such thing as a nursing pad that can handle a heavy letdown.
I am also considering getting a Milkie's milk saver, but I'm still looking to find more absorbent pads.
I used Bamboobies but had to change them often in the beginning when all I did was leak. They have overnight circular ones that were more absorbent. Once my supply regulated, I would only have to change the regular heart shaped ones daily. It was definitely easier to just use disposables until things calmed down.

I never leaked much, so I mostly used breast pads as nipple protection. I had damaged nipples a few times. My favorite reusable pads are LanaCare wool pads. They are huge, I have the circle and football shaped ones, but they don't ever show under clothing like my cotton pads do. They are really comfortable, and I understand wool soaks up more than cotton, so I'm set if I leak a lot with this baby.

I use Charlie Banana pads at night. They work really well, in fact they are the only ones I've used where I don't end up with wet clothes and/or sheets.

I'm three months PP and still using disposables during the day I tried some WAHM wool ones, but they wouldn't stay in place. The first month or so I just stuffed my bra with cloth diapers/burp cloths at night lol
I have the medela disposable ones but my nipples were so sensitive and they felt scratchy against them. I bought some bamboobies and I love them! Much softer.
