Show me your boy newborn photos?

What did your baby boys wear for newborn photos? We've got a newborn baby with us for a few months and I wanted to get some newborn pics done for his family or whoever he ends up with that missed this part of his life. I've pinterested, but most of the boy pics are naked and we arent allowed to do naked. Do they make boy diaper covers?? We already have family pics scheduled for this weekend, so I don't have time to order anything etsy cute... Ideas?

That is so sweet of you! I think you could probably just do them in some cute baby clothes. Maybe a cute romper or onesie. You could use a nice blanket to swaddle him in for the photos too instead of the naked photos.

Or you could get a cute muslin swaddling blanket and take some swaddled pics in a basket.

This is so sweet and thoughtful, justbeth! With Tyler, we had him swaddled in an Aidan and Anais blanket, and then we did some in a white onesie. We did do some naked (not showing anything) but not many. You could even pick up a plain reusable diaper from target or swaddle him in some blankets you have around.

T was naked in some but couldn't see anything. However, we had a few where he was swaddled in a blue blanket, or in a cute onesie. I like the swaddled picture the best.

I love the swaddled up pictures too. We also did some with a diaper cover on , but I cheated and got a cloth diaper cover to put over his regular diaper in the color I wanted. DS wore a red cloth diaper cover and a cute hat for some of his Christmas pictures and they came out adorable.

It is very sweet of you to do for both future families and the little boy I'm sure he will cherish them!

I agree this is seriously awesome.

DH happened to wear his Blackhawks jersey to the hospital for Jacks newborn pics. And the photographer worked it in. Jack was wearing his white hospital shirt and hat in others.

Aww...what a sweet thing to do for this little boy. I agree with everyone else...reusable diaper cover or swaddle blankets would be perfect.

I love these ideas! I'll head over to our local baby boutique today and see what sort of cute hats I can find. Thanks for the ideas! Maybe I can find a cute christmas hat too for a Christmas card to his mom.

I have a plain white AA swaddle blanket and a white with big red stars AA blanket. Think house would look good? I don't have blue and I don't think anywhere local sells them...

Etsy!! It was a monthly sticker pack and the add on for Just Born was like $2 or something.

Gahh I wish I had time! Pics are saturday. I found similar ties at Walmart and might try to DIY a circle to go over one of the months that says just born.
