Thanks everyone.

I called the on-call physician this morning...but they never called me back. Since the bleeding slowed down, I decided to get some sleep until the midwife opens. When I called them, they said not to worry, but to come in right away if started again, pain/fever started or any other unusual symptom. And to take it easy for now.

So far so good.

Thank you again, and I reallt hope this turns out to be nothing.

By the way, I'd be pissed if the on call doctor couldn't be bothered to call me back - even if he was helping someone else and was delayed. He's on call, that's his job. I'd be calling the office administrator about that. You are a patient and had a legitimate problem, they need to respond to that.
