My baby is going to be about 6 weeks at Christmas. I want to dona stocking bug it feels like a waste of time too. Maybe socks and vitamin D drops? Haha
You could do a tree ornament that says "baby's first Christmas"

I'm assuming my lil girl will be here by Christmas (she's due 12/24) so I was just going to get a few little toys like the little things that hang from the carseat or the little rings that connect together. i know she won't use them for awhile, but i think M would get confused if she didn't get anything at all.

Socks is good & so is Vitamin D drops! We get annual ornaments from my mom & SMIL so I don't think we need more. We have so many car seat toys too! But as long as she gets a couple things in her stocking I think that will be ok. I was just at a loss for anything!

I wouldn't thinks you would need to put much in it. The older siblings are pretty into their own stockings/ presents to notice much. As long as you have one or two things, you will be golden! You could roll up a little onsie, little slippers, hair bow or headbands, baby lotion or bath products.
What about any of the oball toys? Eliza got a ball that she still plays with. Oball toys typically have lots of holes and openings that make it easy to hold. We also have the toy pictured above and both kids love it. I honestly think putting anything in there would be fine. Or what about puffs and mums? they won't expire for awhile and that's what I did for Eliza.

You know we got some baby leggings for a gift for her. She hasn't worn all them yet. Totally throwing those in the stocking now.
