Welcome to the weekly Healthy Mama check-in. No you don't have to be an Olympic athlete or a paleo-vegan-nutritionist to join in (though good for you if you are!). This is a place where we check in once a week to share our small victories and good choices, encourage each other to keep up a healthy, active pregnancy, and share new ideas to do so. As always, feel free to offer suggestions to make the check-in what we want or to suggest options for the next weekly challenge poll.
1. What did you do the past week to be active? (Yes doing the stairs 8 times while doing laundry, walking the dog, it all counts)
2. What are some of the healthy meals/snacks that you had? (bonus points for recipes)
3. What's something else you've been working on (social, emotional, mental, organizational) to make you happy the past week?
4. Any accomplishments big or small that you're proud of and like to share?
5. Any goals for the upcoming week?
**LAST WEEK'S CHALLENGE**
Get out for a walking/running date(s) with a friend/your partner/family member etc. - How did it go?
**THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE**
Try to get all 8 cups of fluids each day. If this is super unrealistic for you try to drink at least 2 more cups than you have been. Remember - soup, decaf coffee/tea, smoothies, 5 servings of fruits/veg, all count as one "serving" of fluid.
**NEXT WEEK'S CHALLENGE**

2) Get x hours of sleep a night
3) Do 3 sets of Kegel's each day
4) No escalators or elevators
5) Park farther from entrances and walk.
