... LO has been nestled on my bladder all. friggin. day. I've had two urinalysises between yesterday and today, so I know it's not an infection. She is 100% nestled into my bladder.
I have become so uncomfortable that I'm laying upside down in bed crying. SO is at a loss for what to do.
Any tips for getting LO to move in a northern direction? I'll take back the rib pain. Screw this bladder pressure.
Ugh rib pain....all I can think I is an inversion table! Maybe you can make a homemade one at home using pillows, a couch? Something you can get on your back with legs up head down...maybe just a few seconds to try it?

My midwife gave me some positions to try to turn LO, from face up to face down (see link below on The Miles Circuit). The first step basically is to help LO move out of the pelvis a little to give them room to roll.
Get on your knees, keep them wide apart, the lean forward with your chest as low as you can keeping your bottom as high as you can, resting on your forearms. There are pics on the link.
I don't know how to get her to move and stay moved, but I have found lifting my belly while I pee allows me to pee more and, therefore, have longer lasting and better bladder relief. It might help some.
i've heard of getting on your hands and knees to help baby move. No idea if it'll help but I hope you can get her off soon! I can hardly stand it when one of the babies brushes over my bladder, so i can't imagine what you're dealing with. good luck!
