If I have an appointment or make plans to leave the house by a certain time in the morning the toddler will decide to sleep in. Lazy day around the house she will be up right at 6:30. I swear she knows when I have plans that require us to get moving in the morning.
If we make something for dinner that I think toddler won't eat so we make something else for him, he inevitably cleans my plate. Then I try to give it to him the next time around he doesn't want it.
If I put the baby down and wait ~15-20 minutes to make sure she'll be out for awhile before doing anything, she'll wake up 10 minutes after I start. If I wait to do something because I'm sure she'll wake up in 5 minutes, she will sttn and I will have lost the chance to have a cider/wine.
Sundays are DH's day to get up with LO and let me sleep in as long as I want. Monday-Saturday she's up between 8 and 9. Sunday rolls around and she's sleeping in til 10

If I transfer DS to the crib without him opening his eyes, then quietly slip into bed and pull the covers up to my chin? The baby will be awake in under five minutes.
Haven't read the entire thread so I'll likely have 4 new replies. But yaaasssss! I feel like LO can hear when I get cozy in bed & she does not like it.
No parent shall eat dinner without getting up from the table at least twice.
Table? Sitting down? What are these things that you talk of. I have gotten so used to eating standing up I think I will have to retrain myself when I finally have a chance to sit down and eat at a table.
After DD1 I got used to eating so fast & standing up over the counter.
