Week 10, fig or prune Feeling pretty good, although I ate chipotle and have a pretty good food baby going on. lol No apts until feb 16, but heard the heartbeat on Friday on our own for the first time. So cool, that sound never gets old. For the sb, as long as we don't get the 10-12 inches the predict we are going to my friends house. I'm making Rice Krispies with Oreos and maybe chocolate chip cookies from scratch.
We told dd (3) last night. She had no reaction until a few hours later when she walked up and asked "will the baby come out of your mouth?" Then asked if I could take it out and show her. Before bed she asked if the baby was wearing clothes in there. I told her no, but when the baby comes out we will put clothes on.she went and got pants and a shirt from her dresser. Her last question was "how did it get in there?" Uhhhhhh.....
How am I feeling? The illness isn't subsiding, is still unpredictable, and hits without warning, like a train. It is wearing me down, melting off my eye makeup, and cutting my business days short. I need to be perky, put-together, and pretty for work--this has become nearly impossible. Sleep has been better, but only because of the constant exhaustion. Pasta is the only thing I can keep down consistently. I will probably never eat noodles again after this pregnancy.
Anything exciting I *expect* my NT results by the end of the week and have an OB appt on Thursday. What is much more exciting however will be departing our long weekend to West Palm on Friday. Because of credit card and hotel loyalty points, our flights and one of three nights in an oceanfront suite were free, saving us more than $1500 in travel costs. I like playing the points game. It makes me happy. Just hoping I have clothes that fit this strange body of mine...
Super Bowl I am not ashamed to admit that I am a sore loser over the fact that the Ravens didn't make it. I probably won't be able to stay up for the game (thanks, Exhaustion), but will certainly miss eating buffalo chicken dip. Mmm...it tastes like guilt.
How are you feeling?: Some nights the MS is bad, sometimes it's manageable. I've still only had 2 nights total of throwing up. Overall feeling about the same symptom wise.
Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: YES!!! FINALLY! My first appt this Tuesday. I am so anxious to see everything is progressing as it should. H is coming along. I'm not sure what to expect - I asked the nurse if there would be an ultrasound and she said yes, but I don't know if it will be dildo cam or abdominal.
What are you doing for the Super Bowl? Started the day with some nutella+waffles, going to do some yoga, then to my IL's for a little party/watch part of the game. We aren't huge football people, so it's just an excuse to get together.

cupcakecutiern I'm glad you got to hear the heartbeat recently! I am missing out on this ridiculous blizzard, somehow my area is out of its path. Hope you're able to travel safely!
How are you feeling?: Appetite is back save for a few aversions, so pretty much 90% better.
Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: First ultrasound, my dating scan and NT screening, is early this Thursday. Finally. This may actually be my last ticker update with you ladies because I'd be very surprised if they don't adjust my due date at the scan. If they knock me back I may cheat and pretend I'm still due on the 16th, but if they put me forward, I'll excitedly take the early ticket to the 3rd tri!
What are you doing for the Super Bowl?: Admittedly, never been a football person, and there's absolutely no hype over here in England over the Super Bowl. Give me a hockey game or an exciting World Cup match and I may make a day of it, but this is just a normal Sunday for me
Week/Fruit: Week 13 (ONE MORE WEEK! ONE MORE WEEK!) I am carrying a peach or a hot jalapeno depending on who you ask! How are you feeling?: I'm feeling good! A little light headed at times and I'm really starting to get round ligament pain but nothing I can't handle Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: Nothing too exciting. I had my appt this week and saw the baby and it was moving around a lot! No guesses on the sex yet though! What are you doing for the Super Bowl? Going to the in-laws. We don't have cable so it's my only option..
Week/Fruit: 14 weeks! Lemon or Orange depending on the ticker.
How are you feeling?: My non-nauseated days are starting to outnumber my nauseated ones finally. Still some fatigue, though I think that is improving as well. My lower spine really hurts if I lay in certain positions on my back - MH and I had a somewhat amusing adventure of trying to get me up off the floor after finishing my prenatal yoga dvd because of the kink in my back.
Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: Nothing exciting this week appointment-wise, next appointment isn't until mid-February.
What are you doing for the Super Bowl? No Superbowl plans - we're also Ravens fans (I feel you kcebeling). Instead, my mom and I are going to go shopping for some maternity clothes. My blump has become noticeably large so I am anticipating that my normal pants will soon stop fitting.

How are you feeling?: The beginning of this week was extremely tough with MS, but I think I've finally come out the other side! Insomnia is my biggest issue.
Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: Not this upcoming week, but I did find out I was having a boy on Monday, and that he's very healthy in there!
What are you doing for the Super Bowl? We haven't decided. We may lay low and go to the in laws, but we did plan on going to a friend's party. DH bought a $500 pool square at work (I could've killed him), so I'm most worried about that.
Week/Fruit: 12 which makes me a plum !! One more week How are you feeling?: pretty good still have nausea and I sooo exhausted. Boobs are still sore as they can be lol I got bumps all over my nipples for weeks now it looks like a Crator Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: nt scan is feb 9 and it can't come soon enough to put me at ease What are you doing for the Super Bowl? We didn't do anything Super Bowl related as we aren't football people just vegged and watched movies and ate food
Week/Fruit: 14 weeks / "Brilliant Beet" according to Ovia Pregnancy How are you feeling?: So much better! It's a little weird though because I don't really feel pregnant now that I feel better. Any apts/us/ anything exciting?: Nothing until Feb 19th. What are you doing for the Super Bowl? Nothing. I've been really busy with event planning for a charity ball coming up. It has consumed all my time.
