JUST PASSED A KIDNEY STONE!!!!! Wooooooooo. It is smaller then the last 2 I passed (a few years ago) so I hope that is all of it (because it took longer and hurt way worse then usual but maybe being pregnant made it worse). Thank you Lord! Finally. Please oh please let that be all of it!!! ::happy dance::
Btw it isn't small to normal standards... Just to mine (I have had 19 now...) lol

You have me beat. I've only had 8. However, my doctor commented that our water locally has more minerals and calcium than in many places and since I'm a huge water drinker she suggested that I switch to filtered water only. I don't know if that specifically is what has helped, but I've only had one in the last 2 years since I switched.
Yeah my doctor years ago told me to only drink distilled water or water that has been through reverse osmosis. Also to have at least 2L of water a day. I had a lithotripsy (sound waves to break up large stones i had) on each side in 2006 and then started the 2L of water a day after that. I have only had 3 stones since then (including this one) the first 2 because i got off my 2L of water after sinus surgery and then i think i got this one because 1. I am dumb and didn't think about baby getting a lot of my water so i need more and 2. I drank a lot of sweet tea in first and second trimester to stop my tension headaches. Tea has a lot of oxalate which contributes to my stones. (Calcium oxalate stones) also if you like lemon, put lemon in your water it breaks up small stones before they get big enough to hurt. =)
