7 mo actual or adjusted? Any other respiratory concerns?
I ask because DS got rsv at 3.5 weeks. It was hell. He wasn't a preemie, but he started out acting like one and struggled to grow for a while. ( Born at 37 wks on the dot. But 12 hrs of mag and boarderline ftt ) But by 7 months, even after numerous upper respiratory bugs...it wasn't as crucial. But he was also 7 months in the summer.
You always want to watch out for flu and rsv. Thankfully lo is big enough to better handle rsv at this age if the worst happens.
But it sounds like you are doing the best you can. Keep Lysol spray in your hand.
Sounds like you are doing everything you can. Hand sanitizing and keeping her away from the cold germ is all you can do. Try not to run yourself and your immune system down because if you get sick too it will be so much harder.
We have a school age child and we are constantly worried about what she may bring home. We have her wash her hands and change her clothes when she gets home and so far so good. Just keep doing what you're doing.
