Party at 11, help me decide what to make/ buy/ enlist other people to make or buy. I was thinking light lunch/ heavy apps but that sometimes is more work because it's a bunch more prep. Some people can't do dairy and some don't do wheat.

Definitely s fruit and/or veggie tray. That's easy for those who don't do dairy/wheat. Wraps or hero sandwiches are usually my go to, or a platter of chicken from a deli or chik fil a, but that may be hard for those restrictions. (This year we did a few 2' subs, cold cuts and cheese were already on, but we didn't have dietary restrictions so it could work if you kept everything separate perhaps.)

My sister is having my nephew's birthday next Saturday. She's doing 2 or 3 soups and a build your own salad bar. I think we're going to make the soups Friday night to cut down on Saturday prep.
