He turns one on Sunday! Doesn't crawl or walk yet, no talking but some babbling, smiley & interactive with everyone. CPS says he's not really bonded to anyone. He also hasn't eaten any solid foods aside from rice cereal yet and is on high calorie formula.

Thank you, everyone! We are settling in very nicely so far. J is a super laid back baby (probably because he was neglected/ignored a lot), and hr seems to like us. We definitely like him a whole lot, and I already feel more bonded than I ever did with the girls. We have our first (possibly only) visit with his bio parents this Wednesday (apparently it is like pulling teeth to get them to schedule and show up for visits), and a pedi appointment on Thursday.
For what it's worth, him not talking yet may be nothing. Our little guy really still has no words and his daycare teachers say it's really not unusual for a baby to take until 18 months to start talking.
