Walmart is $.09 each (for 4x6) if you order online and have them mailed to you instead of picking them up at the store, but that does not include shipping costs, $.15 each if you use site to store. They are available in matte or glossy finish. I have printed several pictures and never had an issue with the quality of the print.
ETA: clarification of size, link contains price list for other sizes.
I usually do shutterfly or costco. I think costco is actually cheaper but thats if you have a membership. I usually wait to order on shutterfly because about every two months they give you 100 free 4x6 prints. not quite the amount you'd need though
Sam's club, rite aid, cvs. I haven't printed pictures in a long time but I have heard that the quality on shutter fly vs Walgreens is very noticeable and I've had people recommend shutterfly. Good luck

I usually use shutterfly and sometimes snapfish when they have a promo going (such as 50% off or 100 free prints). After seeing these responses, I may have to try Costco next time.
I almost always use Snapfish, they always have a 50% off coupon or free shipping or some promotion going on. I've never once paid full price for anything from them.
For the best quality for the price I recommend MPIX. Their prints aren't pricey and of the "consumer" sites, they have amazing quality. I use them pretty frequently.

MPIX is a great site and has great quality, I used them for my wedding prints but they aren't cheap compared to some other sides.
flmama622 I'd agree that they aren't the cheapest. I think like 9 or 10 cents more a print for 4x6 sizes compared to a place like shutterfly. But the quality is so much better. If I was printing thousands of pictures, I would definitely go with someplace cheaper. But I would also definitely get my 8x10's that I'm going to frame from MPIX.
I use freeprints or cvs. Freeprints you can use on your phone or through their website. I like it because they give you I think 10 free 4x6 pictures when you sign up and then I think every month you get more free prints. I've only had the app for like 3 months and I already have 85 free 4x6 picture prints. I also really like the app because I take a lot of pictures with my phone so it's easy and fast to get the pics off my phone without even having to leave the house. If you have your camera pictures on your computer you can use their website for the same results. Oh! Best part is the app is free!
