DD is eating apple sauce and there's a frozen pizza in the oven. Not really cooking I'm tired today.
I've been making some pasta, soups, and chili recently. I've made chicken a couple times, but I can't really eat it...unless it's in buffalo dip. 2 weeks ago we had friends over for football and made buffalo dip. It went fast, so DH and I made more just for us the next day. Last weekend it sounded really good to me, so we made it again.

I have a couple simple, really tasty Pinterest recipes I make on a semi-frequent basis, I will share below. Tonight will either be Korean Beef or the one pot turkey sausage pasta. I'm all about meals that are easy to prep and don't take a lot of effort or time!

I feel crappy in the evenings so we are still scraping by on Mac n cheese, pasta with butter, grilled cheese sandwiches, spaghetti, frozen pizza, smoothies, and whatever else is quick and easy and doesn't require me to cook. I'm determined to at least come up with a few recipes for next week and plan my grocery list accordingly. We will see how that pans out...

This week we had spaghetti, ham, ham, spaghetti. Couldn't really stomach the ham. Tomorrow's "fast food Friday" for us; probably Swiss Chalet. I've been up for cooking but I keep it simple and quick.
Last week was a bad week with stomach flu and we ate takeout almost every night. Subs, pizza, McDonalds.
Other meals: grilled cheese and fries, lasagna, pot roast (I buy it pre-made: heat and eat), stuffed chicken (also pre-made).

I go between feeling good and queasy around supper time, so planning the recipes ahead of time have been amazing for getting me to make suppers. There is usually something on the list I planned that I want. Much easier than trying to come up with something from searching the cupboards when I'm on the fence about food anyway.
I generally love food and after getting somewhat of an appetite back after 2 months of not, we've been eating all the things. Today was tuna salad wraps for lunch and salmon and a rice pilaf with a ton of vegetables for supper.
