What did your exercise consist of? Running/walking interval training weights
Did you try anything new? What? No.
Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? Yes!!! I am tired and I am nauseated most this week.
(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) 2 lbs been eating like I won't eat tomorrow. Anything I crave. I need to get on that not eating everything in sight.
GTKY: what is your least favorite excercise? Ugh burpies and pushups!

Yea...I'm not going to even bother doing the formal check-in. Between working late and it being really cold, I only walked once this week and didn't even hit a mile. Oops.
How many days did you exercise this week? 6 days with #7 tomorrow assuming we don't get hit with a massive snow storm (current prediction is only a couple inches)
What did your exercise consist of? My usual Jillian Michaels DVDs and running with a body pump class on the schedule for tomorrow.
Did you try anything new? What? I've never been to the particular body pump class that I'm signed up for tomorrow, so that will be new.
Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? I've been much more sluggish than usual, but luckily no nausea yet, so I'm just trying to power through the exhaustion.
(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) Still haven't stepped on the scale. I meal plan and generally try to eat healthfully, but I've also been on the "give in to whatever I'm craving" train.
GTKY: what is your least favorite exercise? Anything triceps - no matter how much I work them, they never seem to get stronger!

I sucked this week...and well you can see it. My blump is showing pretty bad. Ugh..I need the next weeks to get better. Or I will not be a happy camper.

How many days did you exercise this week? 5 days What did your exercise consist of? I do 45 minute workout videos on youtube Did you try anything new? What? I upped my duration. I went from 20-45 and I feel great! I also muted the motivational nonsense and listen to my own music while working out to pump me up more. Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? No. Honestly I have hardly any symptoms yet. Just a little soreness the next day after doing legs ha. (OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) I haven't really gained anything yet. Maybe .5 lbs
GTKY: what is your least favorite excercise? Squats. I have short achillies tendens from so many years of pointe.

They are included in all my Barre classes lol

Did you try anything new? What? No but I hadn't worked out in about a month. I came down with a bad cold that lasted two whole months so I stopped working out altogether to see if that would help. It still took a month for it to be mostly gone. I still have a little bit of a cough but I'm hoping it disappears soon.
Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? Not yet, it was more my cold. I've had very mild symptoms since it's so early still.

(How much have you gained since getting pregnant): 0 since I just found out 2 days ago but I was up 3 lbs in the last month and half from holiday eating and not working out. Kind of sad that I won't get to lose those before I start gaining for pregnancy.
