Try a hair dryer/white noise. Experiment with different frequencies. That and swaddling has allowed us to get our LO to bed fairly consistently at 8pm for the last few weeks.
I would try to keep LO awake until ten or so, getting rid of the 830 nap and see if that helps.
This. Mine has been going to sleep around 11 every night, and whenever I tried to put her to bed at 9 she would wake up as soon as I laid her down. The last couple days I've stopped trying to get her to sleep early, and yesterday I evwn played with her at 9. She ended up going to sleep at 10 for the night (didn't wake up till 330 to feed!). I hope this isn't a fluke.
