Hi ladies! Welcome to the weekly Healthy Lifestyles check-in! The purpose of the check-in is to help us achieve a healthier lifestyle in general. Everyone is free to join so if you want to be added please respond below and make sure to let us know what your goals are!
This weeks challenge: let's make sure we are eating enough fruits/veggies! Our goal this week is to eat 3 servings DAILY of fruits/veggies. Don't forget to let us know how you did with last weeks challenge, 8-8oz glasses of water a day.
QOTW: What kind of activities do you do to stay active during the winter? Are you a gym rat? An at-home DVD queen? Neither (augh, like myself)?
@ducky719 - weird but I'll ask myself a question...how did your "better choices" go last week (with food)?
smillemom - did you meet your goal with only going out to week twice last week? How about planks before bed - how did that go?
richzep - how did you do with putting down the mac & cheese (and other delicious goodies)?
cinc1em - how's the fitbit working for you?
leahb12 - how did you do with your snacking habits last week?
imoverit - how were those corn nuts you were eating last week? Haha - I've never even heard of them (maybe it's for the best...)
karabear4409 - how are the local fruits and veggies working out for you? Should work out nicely with this weeks challenge!
chiwifey - how are those smoothies? I'd love to try them but I'm so darn picky.
TJ - did you meet your mothers milk tea and oatmeal goals for last week? How does that workout with P's allergies (I know you said she had some fruit allergies but wasn't sure if it impacted anything else you were eating).
@emazeem - soooo, you are like me! How did your first week of better eating choices/portion sizes go?
luvboston - did you reduce your Mexicane Cola intake? I've never even heard of this (and again, it's probably for the best)
Robeano - how did you do with the no fast food last week? We can give you a pass bc you had a baby and all.
fullfhope - did you skip on the cookies?? I'd be lying if I said I did...

bellalou - what is your stim start date? How is the less/no caffeine going?
