I've been up since 3:30 am and none of the chamomile tea or breathing exercises in the world have helped. I'm currently that weepy kind of exhausted. Give me your tips and tricks, please!

Normally I'd say melatonine tablets, but you'd have to double check with the OB that that's ok in your case. I've never taken them but my mom swears by them and she used to be a sleeping pill addict :/
I try to get up and do something to distract myself for about 15 minutes (get up, have a drink, etc.). Then I lay down the opposite way in bed (feet where my head should be) and that seems to do the trick. Hopefully you get some proper sleep again soon! :/
No tips. Just here to commiserate. I've been up the majority of the night because of back pain and gas. Then when I was right about to fall asleep DD pressed on my boob. It woke me right back up. I hope you were able to get some sleep.
I was dealing with the same thing earlier in the week. I'd wake up to go pee around 3:45-4 am and couldn't go back to sleep. Then I would be hungry and need a snack. Last night I tried to get in bed early so I'd get a little more sleep on the front end. I also ate a big chunk of cheese to help curb my hunger. I guess it worked because I slept until 6:15 am. I was thrilled when I woke up. I hope you can get some ZZZZs.
I was not a believer in this before, but, guided meditation. There's something super relaxing about hearing sounds of nature along with a soothing voice telling you how to relax. I'm usually asleep by 5 minutes in.

Lol anything that involves eating cheese as a cure I'm in for

Not sure how much you like tea, but chamomile is safe during pregnancy and aids with relaxation/prepping for sleep. A blend of that with mint may help.
I usually do the breathing exercise where you in the whole time you're breathing and out the whole time you're breathing out. But with the expectation that I'm just meditating not that I'm gonna fall asleep. Because then I'd get mad when I realized I wasn't asleep yet and that would keep me awake. So I'm kinda like "bummer can't sleep, might as well relax with meditation sice I have the time." Sometimes dropping the expectation of sleeping helps me relax more. Also you would laugh if you knew me in real life because I'm not very religious. But sometimes I'll pray. Just about what I'm grateful for and for help being my best self. And I dunno if I get bored while doing it, but I've fallen asleep muktiple times lol. And I have lots of blankets and pillows so I feel like I'm in a cloud. I def wanna get a pregnancy pillow. I didn't last time and I wish I did. I will this time.
