I realize some of you aren't interested in eating at all. I'm sorry and hope your appetite comes back soon!
For those of you that are "starving" all the time, like me, what are you eating? I need some yummy snack ideas that are high in protein. I've been eating all the cheese, but should probably have a little variety in my diet.

Greek yogurt, have you seen the P3 protein packs at the grocery store? They usually contain some kind of meat (ham, turkey), some kind of nuts (cashews, peanuts, almonds), and some cheese cubes. They are pretty decent! I also eat a good bit of hard-boiled eggs. Another snack that really fills me up is an apple with peanut butter. Peanut butter is just super filling to me.
Also, I found these ROASTED CHICKPEAS at Target the other day. I used to make my own home made ones when I'd do low carb diets and was looking for a crunchy snack.
I've been having peanut butter on whole wheat crackers, cheese sticks, handfuls of almonds and walnuts, eggs, Greek yogurt, but also lots of fruits. No protein but lots of good stuff in it. Whole wheat stuff has protein tok.

I was already planning to go to Target on my lunch today and now I have something to add to my list! LOL

I haven't tried the flavored ones, so let me know if you do! The sea salt ones are really good. The problem for me is not eating the whole package...

Greek yogurt, almonds, cheese, and hard boiled eggs were my go-to protein snacks with gestational diabetes. Hummus with carrots or pretzels is good too.
@wittylittle please provide a lentil recipe. I've made lentils 2 times and both times...ew. Preferably easy. Extra bonus points if I can just throw crap in a slow cooker
