This is my go-to for crockpot recipes lately. It's broken down into chicken, beef, pork, etc recipes. We've made a of lot of them and found them all to be really good. One of my faves is the Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe.
Taco chicken - cook all day chicken, salsa or rotel, and black beans. Shred chicken, stir in a block of ff cream cheese, and continue to cook until melted. I've also see this recipe used as a dip. It's a weight watchers recipe so it's high in protein and fiber. Freezes very well.
Never tried it but a bottle a Catalina dressing over a pot roast is an easy one and on my list to try.
I've seen Salisbury steak crock pot recipes. I want to try that next week so if someone has a recipe they know is good, please share!
Chicken thighs, a bottle of Buffalo sauce, on high 4hrs, top with crumbled blue cheese, bc dressing, or ranch, it's like knife and fork buffalo wings but all that vinegar in the sauce makes the chicken insanely tender.
Chicken breasts, taco seasoning, salsa, cook and then shred and serve with tacos, on salad, or use for enchiladas
Chicken breasts, franks red hot, cook and then shred and serve on rolls or in a wrap, or on salad
Also,
Beef stew (pretty easy and yummy)
One of the more unusual ones I do that's yummy Baby red potatoes, Carrots, Chicken breasts or Pork cutlets, and a can of Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup. It's yum.
-Salsa Verde (or any salsa or enchilada sauce) over chicken, shred and serve wuthering tortillas, rice, or salad -giardiniera and Italian dressing over chicken, shred and serve on Italian rolls
Those are my two favorite super easy ones.
Never heard of giardiniera. I thought you made it up but I googled it and it's a real thing.
It's amazing. It's like a white chicken chili with a southwest flare to it and it's got a little kick but it's not too spicy. I LOVE spicy things though...

Love spicy too but it makes DD cry so everything we eat these days is bland

This sounds good to me and DD actually loves a little spice so I should try this. Last time I had something cooking for a few hours a week or so ago the smell got to me big time because I had to smell it all afternoon. Lol so this may have to wait until after first tri.
I have about a hundred. It would probably just be better if I linked my pinterest page on crockpot recipes. But since you probably don't want to sift through all my crap, I will leave a fav here:
I have personally made all of the above multiple times and so give my stamp of approval. All I know is crock pot. Luckily I have a husband that cooks for me in non-crock pot related occasions (read: daily). Tell me if you try one and like it!
raechay I'm dying. We say "Strokin Off" too. Apparently we are also 12 year old boys.
all the lols.
My fav: pork loin, can of salsa, 1 T each oregano, chili powder, cocoa powder. Shred with cilantro & serve in tacos. It reminds me a little bit of a light mole.
