Weekend at the Grandparents

So DH and I have a gaming convention this weekend. It's in town, but runs all day, till 11 pm. So DD is going to stay with my parents Saturday and Sunday, staying over Saturday night.

What all should I send? How much milk? She typically eats every 3 hours at home or so. But she's also been waking up more at night lately.

Here's what's on the list so far:
Pack-n-play
Diapers -4 covers, 3 pockets and about 20 inserts
Clothes - 3-4 outfits (She's not a super messy baby, but jic)
Baby food
Car seat

They have some toys for her there, but should I send more? I don't want to over pack, but I want to make sure she has what she needs.

with babies I think it's better to over pack than under pack.

For your list so far... I'd pack more than 3-4 outfits. Even if she isn't a messy baby, babies do like to surprise you.
I'd pack 3 outfits per day. Just in case there is a blow out or spill or something.

As for bottles, they should have 24-32 oz a day, so maybe provide them 32 oz per day plus I'd include a few extra bottles for overnight and the morning.

Do you formula feed or breastfeed? If you use any formula (even if supplementing) you can send a bunch of formula pre-measured for them so they can mix it themselves if needed.

Does DD have a lovey or favorite toy or book for bedtime?
Also, maybe send something that smells like you. Pillow, blanket, even a shirt. I've heard this can be helpful as well when they are sleeping somewhere new - the familiar smell can be comforting.

I would pack slightly more diapers and milk than you normally do, just in case. We do formula so I just bring the container and a couple of bottles. If you are doing pumped milk, I'd bring extra just to be prepared. I error on side of caution and tend to over pack diapers since I almost ran out while at friends, was down to one diaper.

Write out detail schedule including time, amounts, etc. My schedule starts with approximate time and then activity such as nap time, lunch and watch she needs, approximate times for her bottles, etc. My folks love it.

Thanks @usernameedit. We BF, so no formula to send. I have a bunch of frozen milk in my stash. There are about 5-6oz a bag, so I guess 12-14 bags?

She does have a lovey, that should definitely go with. Good call on the smell. I'll sleep with something over the next couple of days to send with.

Me too!  Although I've been able to add a few bags lately.
I was just thinking I'd be super stressed out about him having enough food if I had to leave him overnight somewhere.

I probably do need to add more inserts, and maybe a couple covers. Pockets are just for overnight though, and she usually just needs the one, so 3 is probably more than I need.

And I am lucky with my supply. I tend to get out what she eats most days I pump, so I haven't had to dip into it too much.

You don't need more outfits IMO. Some days with me baby girl didn't even get out of her pajamas. She's not too messy either. Just have extra diapers, wipes, food, and anything she likes to have for sleeping (lovey, sound machine, night light...)

I would send 6 outfits and 2 pajamas. Infant thermometer and Tylenol with dosage. Diaper rash cream. If you have frozen milk, I'd send extra to keep in the freezer just in case.
2 sheets for the PnP. You can sleep on them for a couple days ahead of time so they have your smell.

Pps covered most of what I would suggest: sound machine, sleep sacks, lovey, and night light. Are you wanting them to give her solids while she's there? If so I would send bowls spoons bibs etc etc.

Thanks for all the input so far. I'll need to figure out what all my mom has at her house. She's been getting some things, so dishes may not be needed, but wipes (can't believe I was forgetting that one) and bibs are a necessity.

Everyone has covered the things I'd suggest, except one that came up recently for us. She only will eat with her type of spoon. Other baby spoons with a different shape? No way.

We discussed the monitor. Decided against it. Their house is pretty small. And she might end up in their room, it's the biggest place they have for the pack-n-play.

I'll ask if she wants the stroller. I doubt she'll want my carrier, since it's a SSC and she hasn't used one before.

They do have a high chair, but it's an old one. Mom's been talking about getting a new one for their house. I don't know if they have yet or not.
