yes pretty tired here too, H was up at 7:30 so really 6:30 too early for her and me.
We have my twin nieces birthday party today so I'm excited for H, she gets all smiley and claps her hands like crazy when we practice singing "happy birthday". She will also have no nap since the party starts at noon unless she sleeps in the car for the 30 minute drive. Should be interesting!
Ugh. Pretty sure C has croup. I think we're going to try to just wait it out at home, but if he gets any worse we'll head to the ER. Why do these things always happen on a weekend?

Hope C starts feeling better. My little guy always seems to get sick on the weekend too.

A friend of mine took I to his My Gym class today so I'm enjoying an hour of quiet.
He was up at 7:30 (really 6:30 so his normal wake up time), I wonder how bedtime will be since it roll still be light out at the time he normally goes to sleep.
H and I went to the gym yesterday so he could show me a workout to do and I'm so sore. I work out so much better with him. I wish we could go together all the time.
I'm making breakfast for us. Homemade sausage gravy with biscuits and eggs. And also mimosas!

@adulruna, he doesn't have much of a cough, which is what threw me off at first (when he does though it sounds croupy and awful). Right now he has almost no voice, and loud breathing with some high-pitched stridor. He's definitely working to breathe, and we had a scary episode this morning, with sternal and intercostal retractions. We have a humidifier running full blast in his room, hopefully we can get him to nap!

@adulruna, I cried a lot at the end of pregnancy. Mostly from being tired. Or stressed, or overwhelmed. I was emotional in general. But I don't recall feeling "sad."
Well, I ended up taking C to the ER, diagnosed with croup. The doc showed me his X-rays and commented that they were 'pretty impressive.' C's feeling like himself again after breathing treatments, steroids, and Tylenol, but we're staying overnight for observation.
