Let's go ladies. This is the place you can talk about all the craziness that comes with the dreaded two week wait. Phantom symptoms, implantation dips and possible spotting, what you are doing to make the time fly by, and much much more. Post as often or as little as you want. We are here for you. Chart stalks available upon request or if there is a link, we may look just to pass the time or out of curiosity. Gifs are also welcome!
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
@usernameedit ugh that's annoying! What CD was your first positive OPK? How long is your normal cycle? Anecdote ahead: after my CP I had a super short cycle--18 days or something. My temps indicated O but it was very early and my LP was only like 6 days or something. So it might just be a wacky post-CP cycle that your body is still adjusting hormone levels. Are you temping? Good luck...bodies are assholes.

I'm in the TWW of my first IVF cycle. We only had two fertilized eggs on day 2, so they put 'em both in on Friday. I'm at 5dp2dt now and betas aren't until April 7. This is going to be the longest TWW of my life. QOTW: I had some doozies. Failed perms and huge bangs. I remember my bang technique for a big period of my life was to curl them into a tight curl, then pull a brush to the highest I could get them and letting them fall while dousing them with hairspray. It created a rock-solid, sky high cascade of bangs. It was 80s mall hair. And it was amazing.

@usernameedit, I can relate to inconsistent cycles. I hope you don't have to drink all of the wine (though that sounds good right about now). Good luck with IVF wannabmama!
This is my first IUI TWW. I go for bw on the 8th, and am celebrating my birthday this week, so I'm hoping it flies by.
QOTW: I did the chunky highlights thing in the early 2000's, in red. I thought I looked edgy, instead it looked like a toddler painted my hair. The same red as my MIL - I cringe looking back.

I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you, wannabmama! I'm not technically here yet but O should be today based on my Saturday night trigger. I had IUI#2 this morning so now I just sit and wait until betas on 4/11. I had 2 good follicles on my left ovary on Friday so hopefully that gives me a little more chance of success. I'm just so burned out on TTC. I feel like it consumes my life and I hate that so much. I've back off on my time on TCF lately because I feel like I need a little more distance from the whole TTC world. I am seriously contemplating this being my last cycle with the RE and just going back to natural cycles until July when we call it quits. The amount of time and money we're spending for no success weighs on me a lot.
QOTW: My mom got my hair cut really short when I was in second grade. I hated it, kids said I looked like a boy, and the few pictures of me from that time frame show me not smiling at all. The most questionable one I actually chose was when I was in 8th grade. I got a bob that hit just under my chin. It looked awful on me since I have thick wavy/curly hair. It just puffed out and was not flattering at all. I have never been good with hairstyles. I just don't have the patience to do my hair.

Good luck river and happy birthday week!! @usernameedit hope your body straightens up and flies right and you can't have the wine. Of course, I also agree that wine sounds pretty good right now... sleepymonkey I'm sorry. This stuff just sucks. I hate all of the time and energy--physical and mental--that goes into these things that only have way less than a 50/50 chance of working no matter what you do. It's disheartening for sure. Sending hugs and good thoughts for the IUI that this will be the one!

I'm here now, 2DPO. Honestly, the only thing I'm waiting on now is my CD21 bw this Sunday. After being told last week that I probably can't get pregnant on my own, I'm just in a funk. Also waiting on my RE appointment that I need to schedule. At least O timing worked out after HSG....just not expecting it to work.
Oops, forgot the GTKY. I had a few bad perms. Probably the worst was my giant hairspray bangs for a few years. It was a process to get them as big as I could.
beachdreamer I'm sorry you got that news. I remember so clearly when my RE gave us our % chance on our own and then with various levels of intervention. Depressing to say the least. I hope the bw comes back ok. Hugs.

Ladies, I'm just here to say hello and to wish you all luck! Technically I'm still in the TWW, but stated spotting yesterday at 11DPO and AF will be here today or tomorrow I think.
wannabmama, I have everything crossed for your first IVF. I hope it's your only!
sleepymonkey, good luck with IUI2, and hugs to you. This is really tough.
