Alert! Attention! Perceptive! Careful!

So I am writing this to get something off my chest. MW elliecat17 and I have had 4 losses and we may be losing our 5th. So even before we knew we were pregnant we went to look to adopt. Well we put our paperwork in and got the following email just a mere 5 days ago when we started freaking out about losing our 5th! child.

I am not impressed with this company. The lady called and talked down to us like we never heard or looked into adopting ever and spent and hour doing so.
I just want people to know this company may not be the best choice if they can not even care for one family because they are being swamped. Apparently we do not matter to them.

I'm a lurker here since we're still early in the process, but I wanted to add we were looking at this company too and they have been impossible to get answers from. They tell us just to fill out the application, but my questions are about the application! lol
