Tentatively joining! Update- Spotting

Hello! Well, I don't know where to start. We've been TTC for almost two years. We had a CP last September. In the midst of TTC, we started fostering/ fostering to adopt. In August we accepted a placement for a 13 yo boy and we are now working towards becoming his legal guardians. In January, we accepted a foster placement for two siblings...one who is almost 4 months and one who is 2 1/2. If you are keeping track, that means we have a D15 LO at home...and according to the internet, this little one will be due on his birthday!! (12/20)
I basically stopped temping and charting when we got the little ones in January and we had actually just started down the road of at least figuring out why we hadn't gotten pregnant yet. H's SA came back clear and I was basically waiting to hear from my doctor about scheduling all my testing. So, this BFP is actually a little bit shocking for us! We are excited and nervous and trying to keep our emotions in check right now. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
ETA: well, I started spotting this morning and I'm cramping a little. This is exactly how my last loss started and I am not feeling optimistic. I have a call in to my doctor but I just don't know what to think...
