I might of peed on a stick for reassurance that the test got darker..it did thank the gods. If it wouldn't of you ladies might of needed to send in the calvary. Lol.
I am earlier than a lot of you anyone did this? Or am I just alone..and may want to look into some meds or yoga to chill out.

It's embarrassing how many sticks I've peed on. I have FRERs from 8dp3dt (very faint) through 13dp3dt (first beta) and then I took one the morning before the second beta draw, and then I took one yesterday morning. I'll probably take the last one before my next u/s. I've waited long enough to see those two goddamned lines, so I am peeing on all the things!
IVF+ICSI March 2016 (6R/5M/5F - 3 embryos on ice) 4/7/16: first ever BFP! EDD: 12/17/16 DS Arrived via C-Section 12/19/16! FET #1 June 2019 - 1 embryo didn't survive thaw & the one that did didn't stick around. BFN FET #2 September 2019 - last embryo didn't survive thaw.

Hahahahaah I luckily have two more tests left. I will be using it come Monday two days before I see the Dr. It does make me less crazy!
After almost three years of TTC, IVF #1 = Menopur + Follistim + other stuff. Retrieved 14, 12 mature, 7 fertilized, only 1 (6AA) made it to day 5 blast. BFP! DD born 12-10-2016

@legalbeagel ugh I do hear your pain. My DR is only taking it cause I pressured her after my last MC. I told her I would like to see the numbers. She hesitantly did them...but she knew I wouldn't fold. Its really hard just to stay calm for weeks and not want to see good news..betas and such.
WineNChocolate, weirdly I was able to talk my way into getting betas with my first pregnancy (DS) and then with my loss I didn't even try and I asked again (though not very insistently I admit) when I called last week about betas and they were like just come in at 8 weeks.

@legalbeagal *B, B E Aggressive* Lil cheer for you. Do you want to get them..or are you good waiting. I am sure if yah asked again they wouldn't argue. But of course only if you wanted too. I am 4 weeks and some change waiting till mid may...would literally kill me. I didn't see her till 8w last MC and the baby was in a bad place.

Yeah the exact same thing happened to me last time -- MMC at 8 week appointment. I think I am just going to wait at this point because we go out of town in two days on vacation so I wouldn't be able to get doubling times and I'm hoping that vacation takes my mind off of things. By the time we get back I will still have two weeks until doctor's appt but that is slightly more manageable.
And I am TERRIBLE at waiting. Just the worst. I am trying to get better at it.

Great timing, because I literally just did this today. I got my + 2 Fridays ago, and have my first appointment on Friday, but I had 1 more test left and don't plan on having another after this one, so I peed on it to make sure my signal was still strong. I'm going to call it Poor Girl Betas - my line came on dark, fast, and strong.

I peed on a few sticks. Then I went out and got the test where it tells you how far along you are. Last Monday it said 2-3 weeks (past ovulation) and Friday it said 3+. I'm pretty sure it specifically says not to use them for this but I'm terrible at being aggressive so this was my way of trying to make the wait til 10 weeks !!!

SO I just talked to my nurse at my dr office..she wants to push me back when to see the dr. The hcg is to low (to early) to see anything right now. So they want me to come in when they can see something. However she did say that my hcg is right where it should be and my progesterone as well. I NEED MORE STICKS! LOL. I now have to wait till May 3 instead of next week. I know I know some of you are having to wait the long haul of 10 weeks. I am being a ninny.
rlb , That damn siggy LMAO!!!!!! I keep watching it..and poor girl betas AHAHAHHAHAAHA crimpgirl , Well I hope your levels are nice and strong. redsoxgirl10 , 10 weeks brutal...What is the date? Okay inspired by this thread I bought some "weeks" tests yesterday and took one this morning and it said "Pregnant, 3+." I'm 5 weeks tomorrow so I'm happy with that and strangely reassured although you are right redsoxgirl10 the box cautions you not to use it that way! I think I'm just glad at least it didn't say 1-2 weeks.

redsoxgirl10, legalbeagle, I used the weeks tests for that too. I took one the day I got my other positives then took one for the next two weeks to watch it go up to 3+ weeks. I would like to know if people really do heed their advice to not use them in that way. I thought that was their purpose, haha.

brit365, I'm imagining that what they think is some easy breezy person who is all of a sudden like "Oh that's strange, I think I'm late for my period. Maybe I'm pregnant?" and then uses the test instead of a weirdo like me (us?) who temps, charts, checks for signs, etc. and knows EXACTLY the day she ovulated.
