IVF+ICSI March 2016 (6R/5M/5F - 3 embryos on ice) 4/7/16: first ever BFP! EDD: 12/17/16 DS Arrived via C-Section 12/19/16! FET #1 June 2019 - 1 embryo didn't survive thaw & the one that did didn't stick around. BFN FET #2 September 2019 - last embryo didn't survive thaw.
Nice to see another runner! How have your runs been? I've been so tired and don't want to push myself too much. My Pgal brain feels like slowing down to half what I usually do is fair
Not as frequent as I would hope, but that's more due to life right now. This is #2 for me, and I've added literally 2 mins to my pace, but I try not to beat myself up since I'm still keeping at it. I am signed up for a 10K next month, and usually do at least one race per month during the season so I will probably keep doing them at my turtle pace, unless my doc or body tell me otherwise. I ran with #1 until 30 weeks, so that is a nice goal.
I agree, don't push yourself - trust your mind/body and your physician advice. This is temporary, and it will mean so much more when you can go full throttle again!
Not at all, crimpgirl! I would just suggest taking advantage of the days you feel good, and sitting back the days you don't feel it, or just walk instead! (says me who finds it hard to walk. Even with I try, I still put running spurts in - lol)
