How old is LO?
Almost 5 months.
What is your bedtime routine?
Bath and then nurse to sleep.
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up?
We start the bedtime routine around 7. She's usually asleep between 7:30 and 8. I wake up at 5:30, and LO usually gets up between then and 6. On the weekends, she'll sleep till almost 8 if I stay in bed with her.
Last nap typically ends around 430-5. If earlier side, play until 5. Bath at 5-515ish Jammie's and naked time until 5:30. Rock & read until 6. Bottle until finished...usually about 615. Rock until drowsy (super close to sleep) then put down in crib around 630.
He will sleep until about 330-430. Take a bottle. Up for good about 615. I would love it if bedtime could be pushed back some, but this is his natural "I'm ready for bed" time. We just followed his lead.
21 weeks and almost three. Tv is turned off at 630, and lights are dimmed. This starts around 730. We baths EODish. We put on a rain or ocean week noise, do a lavender massage, then out on jammies. We read three or four books. After that, Ella snuggles H while I make Wesley a bottle. I swaddle him, put him in the rnp and Rick him while he drinks. He usually falls asleep for about two hours, then does another two hours stretch until midnight when he eats again and is usually out till alt five when he's hungry again. One more bottle and he sleeps til 730-830.

LO is about 4-1/2 months old (lack of sleep means i can't keep track of weeks any more)
we usually do baths every other day to avoid dry skin. lately LO has been sick and super stuffy so we have a bath every day which helps him breathe and relax. on bath nights we start no later than 645pm, otherwise no later than 7pm. he gets a bath or wiped down, changed into clothes warmed in the dryer, then a book, a bottle, and very brief rocking / humming that is exactly the same every night for consistency. he is put down in his crib to sleep regardless of whether he is awake or asleep at this point. he sleeps in a merlin suit and has a pacifier when he goes down.
the goal is to have him down absolutely no later than 730pm. i'd prefer 7pm but i don't get home from work til 6:30pm so that is hard to accomplish.
now that we are out of leap 4 and the sleep regression, the night sleep is reconsolidating for us. lately he sleeps from 7:30 to midnight or so where he wakes just for the pacifier to be given back to him. then he sleeps until somewhere from 3-5am where he wakes to eat. then back down til we wake him at 7am for daycare (or later on the weekends).
whitney4126 do you co sleep then or is LO in crib?
I've always slept in a bed in the nursery. I've actually been sleeping in here for about a year, as my DH's snoring started seriously preventing me from sleeping during pregnancy. LO use to sleep mostly in her bassinet. At 3 months I started working on transitioning to her crib and we were making it one or 2 stretches in there, and then all but maybe the last hour in her bassinet (I'd pull her into bed for the last hour just to avoid getting up). But when the regression hit, everything went to hell. Then I started back to work when she hit 4 months, she went to daycare for the first time, got RSV almost immediately, and became super clingy. I can't mentally function well at work without sleep, so I started giving in and we've been mostly co-sleeping. The last week I've gotten her back in her bassinet for the first 2-3 hours of the night most nights. I know this is a long answer, but I'm trying to say yes, I've been co-sleeping, but it's not what I want to be doing. It has happened out of desperation. I don't sleep well anyway, and putting her in the bed stresses me out to some degree. Plus, while I know some love co-sleeping, it is just not something I wanted to do. But, I'm still EBFing and now that she's been waking up so much, and I've gotten somewhat more comfortable with her in the bed, it is sooooo much easier to get some sleep this way.
What is your bedtime routine? We start bath at 6:00. By 6:30 we are in her room putting lotion on, talking and playing. When she starts getting fussy I nurse her. During the day I never nurse her to sleep, so in order to keep that the same, after she is finished eating I then put her in her sleep sack, therefore she usually goes to bed drowsy but awake around 7.
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up? Her sleep has been all over the place! She will sleep till 5 in the morning for a couple of nights and then throw me for a loop and wake up at midnight the next night. I've learned not to get excited about her sttn.
whitney4126 I would love to Co sleep but my chocolate lab thinks she's a lap dog and scares me that she might jump on DS lol. All of DS's naps are with me. He will not nap in crib by himself, only bedtime. You do what works! Sounds like LO is sleeping well like this.

How old is LO? 5 months today!
What is your bedtime routine? He's usually ready to start our bedtime routine somewhere between 5:30 - 7:00 just depending on our day.
We do a bath (soap every 3rd day), then a massage with lavender infused oil, jammies on (this is all done by dad), then I snuggle in with him and we read a book, have a nursing session and he goes to sleep, while dh and I watch a tv show and then I go to sleep as well
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up?
He goes down anywhere between 6:00 and 8:00, again, depending on the day. Lately we've been up for the day at 4:30  but we seem to be back to our usual 6:00 wake up this morning
**edited to add that I am not one of the lucky ones with a babe that sttn, but we bed share and I nurse on demand, so he can be up to feed anywhere from 1-12+ times through the night, depending on what's going on in that little body/mind**

How old is LO? Just over 4 months.
What is your bedtime routine? Bath time, then lavender lotion, Jammie time, story and nurse to sleep. If DH is home he gives the bath and we do all together except the nursing if just me I do the bath and then do everything in his room to keep it quiet. Lately he will only nurse for 15-20min and then get fussy so I give him a pacifier and then rock for a few min and then lay him in his crib. He likes to curl up on his side with his hands at his mouth, whether he has a pacifier or not.
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up? I don't get home from work until close to 7 most nights, so we usually start the routine at 8. That means he goes down between 8:30-9. He sometimes wakes, last night he went down by 8:30, woke at 9:30, gave a pacifier, 1:30 & 2, also gave a pacifier. I try the bink first before feeding depending on how long it's been. Then wakes between 4:30-5, feed and put back down. I am supposed to get up between 5:30-6, so lately I just stay up after feeding him. He will be up for the day between 8-9am, sometimes needs a pacifier in that last stretch.
How old is LO? She'll be 5 months on Sunday! I think she's like 21 weeks?
What is your bedtime routine? We all get home somewhere around 6:30 and I almost immediately nurse her - but probably only for a couple minutes. Then if it's bath night (once every 2 or 3 days), she gets a bath. If it's not bath night, she either "eats dinner with us" (meaning she sits in her bumbo and watches us eat) if we've got something prepared, or we play for a few minutes. Then, we do a quick wipe-down / lotion / jammies. Dad reads a book, and then I "sing" to her while I nurse her to sleep or to "drowsy."
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up? She goes down between 7:15 and 7:30 (a little later on bath nights because we can't seem to get our stuff together), and we either play white noise or music on her Sleep Sheep. If she's not asleep, she may quietly fuss for a few minutes, but she's almost always out within 5 or 10 minutes of putting her down. I wake up to shower around 5:30 and then wake her up to get ready around 6:15 (after I've dried my hair, lotioned up, etc). She sleeps pretty well through, but wakes up usually once, sometimes twice, to eat.
What is your bedtime routine? While I pump, dad gives him his last feed changes him and puts him in his grow bag, then the two of them chill on our bed until I finish pumping. Sometimes LO falls asleep there and I move him into his cot, sometimes he goes awake.
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up? 11ish. He wakes up between 4 and 5, and he moves to our bed, he doesn't fully wake up, just gets a bit fussy until I feed him then back again at @6:30 and 8. Then he is awake for about an hour and he sleeps until around 11
whitney4126 the 4 month sleep regression caused us to start co sleeping too. Im working getting DS back in his crib. Right now I have him in his swing. And let him sleep with me at his 4 am wake up on since I have to get up at 5:30.

Start around 6:45 depending on mood. Darken/Quiet house Medicine Bath/lotion/jammies/sleep sack 6oz Bottle-falls alseep drinking it Burp/binky Rock back to sleep Place in crib Usually done by 7:30 Generally wakes up for the binky around 10:30 then again to eat around 3-4. Up for the day at 6. (but this changes daily it seems....)
I'll start adding in a book after the bath once he's a little older. We've been doing this "routine" since he was about 7 weeks old. Did the same with my older son. Works for us!
On bath days we start at 7:30. She bathes every other day. If there's no bath that day then we do an extra session of tummy time or play. Then book and diaper change. I bring her upstairs to nurse in the dark and sing her a lullaby. Luckily she goes down between 10-15 mins. But I have to swaddle her and play white noise. Otherwise she will wake up if I put her down. I put her down drowsy, but sometimes she's already asleep. So about 8 to 8:30 she's in bed. Wake-up times are 2pm for bottle, and 5pm for bottle. Then my SO takes her to my parent's house at 7. I have to wake up at 5:30 for work.

How old is LO? 4 months, 3 weeks
What is your bedtime routine? This is our current routine while she is still sleeping in her P&P in our room. In a couple weeks, we're transitioning her to her crib in her own room. I'm planning on following the same routine, but not sure how it will go. On non-bath days, while her bottle is heating up, she gets a diaper, jammies, swaddled up in her A&A blanket (arms out), and her vitamin D drops, then I turn the lights down low. Usually, she's already pretty tired and the bottle is just to top her off, so she'll fall asleep midway through eating. I'll rock her about five additional minutes then lay her in her P&P. Sometimes she'll wake up half an hour later and DH or I will rock her back to sleep (usually takes 5-10 minutes). On bath days, we just prelude everything with a bath, lotion, and brushing hair. What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up? Baths start 8:30-9pm. Non-bath nights start 9-9:30pm. Wake up times vary. I'm a SAHM so no set time to get up for work, but I EP and can only go so long through the night between pumps before I get uncomfortable and start leaking. I typically wake up to pump between 7:30-8:30. DD usually wakes up anywhere between 7-9.
What is your bedtime routine? He usually falls asleep in the car coming home from daycare, or takes a nap right away when we get home, until about 6:30. Between 7:30 and 8 I take him upstairs to change into pj's. With the sleep sheep and night light on, I nurse and then put him into his crib in his Zippy. Pop in the paci and sneak out. If it's a bath night, we start that by 7:30 because he likes to play.
What time does it go down, and what time do you and LO wake up? Down between 8 and 8:30. Before fourth leap/four month sleep regression/teething/whatever fresh hell this is, he would wake up to eat again at 10, and then be out for the night. Lately though he's been up, either crying or wanting to play, at 9:30, 10, 11, 11:30... eventually DH takes over and lets him CIO. In the morning I have to leave early so I pump, and DH gets him up for daycare between 7:30 and 8am.
