Bored Really...just thought someone might want to chat

Guys... I swear I have a job..but the closer that I get to next week the less focused I am. I just want my US sooo BAD! Anything exciting going on in anyone's life?

I am trying to plan a last minute Memorial Weekend Trip. I will be training in DC and won't have lil bit...I am thinking beach.

I know there is 3 or 4 waiting for next week. I mean we are so close to the weekend where we can kind of just keep ourselves busy. But these last two days of this week...are going to suck!

My DH says stuff like...oh its just next week. Its almost here. Why do I even talk to him?

My ultrasound is May 12! I can't wait! Only two weeks, eeeek!

birch113 , hugs! I have to keep reminding myself that as long as there is no severe cramping or bleeding, baby is okay. Keep hanging in there

Mine is not until may 9th. It actually was this coming Monday but I was worried it would be too early to see the HB and then I would be worried and need to go back and BLERG. Worrying is the worst.

Add me to the next week list for 1st ultrasound! Mine isn't until Friday, but I will be on a business trip until Thursday night so at least I will be very busy/distracted! It can't come soon enough.

I considered the same since I'll be 5w6d for mine. Worrying sucks!

@kc295905 , ugh that is a wait and a half! You are a trooper! Its okay we have now decided that we have become hobbits so we eat multiple times of the day lol.

birch113 , I am excited for you but then again I hate you...cause you are Monday me. You will only be 5w6d ugh I understand the fear of going in and not being able to see anything since it might just be to early. Hence why I switched mine from Wednesday this week till Tuesday of next week.
bootsorhearts , I think holding out is a good idea. But it doesn't make it any easier. I am hoping that 6w2d is far enough out that I can see something. I am worried the DR is like well we will have you come in next week. I just want to see a fetal pole..we didn't get on last time.
achromia , Yeah for having something to occupy your time! I mean waiting till the end of the week would kill me.

WineNChocolate, I was just telling DH the other day that I adopted the hobbit style of eating!! He didn't find it nearly as funny as I did

For everyone else, I'm super jealous of the early ultrasounds - my OB appt isn't until May 19, and then I might not even get an ultrasound until about 12 weeks! The only reason I had one at 8w with DS was because he was a surprise and I had no idea when my LMP was, so I had a dating scan. Even then, I had to wait again for another one after that until the anatomy scan around 20w!

Don't be jealous! My early u/s is because of my loss history. I'm sure many of the earlier scans are due to that or IF.

Yes, I have loads of scans because of being high risk. A month between my first and second scan this pregnancy is the longest gap I've ever had! If you only get the twelve week and twenty week scans, that usually means you're having a lovely, healthy pregnancy.
