Emmy's birthmark concerns me. Doctor says it's normal and will get better but it looks pretty big now. And in possibly related news, she won't lift her head during tummy time.
My one cousin had one on her cheek it took some time but it cleared, I don't remember it ever bothering her. She is 6 now and it's a distant memory. I think it was gone a little past a year.
My other cousin had something one on her face that ended up having to be removed, but you can't even tell now at all. I only know it bc my other cousin told me (the cousin who had the mark is my age so I don't remember her having it)
Our LO actually has one on her tummy. It was not there when she was born but grew soon after. It's pretty small, the doctor told us it would maybe get bigger and more raised. It's def more raised now but not any bigger. They said they would keep an eye on it from visit to visit, but that it's NBD.
If you are worried about it growing you could take a pic of it every few days to see if it's really growing or not. Our LO has a pinched nerve or something in her mouth from how difficult her birth was and they always ask us if it looks any better, but I am never sure. It's definitely not gone, but you can only see it when she cries or yawns so it's hard to tell if it's improving or not.
Edit: the cousin who needed it removed it was on her cheek and approaching her eye, I think that's why they removed it.

As a baby, my oldest niece had one of these on the left side of her face closer to just in front of her ear. I'm pretty sure it was gone by the time she was 3 though it was probably sooner. She'll be 13 in a couple months.
DS1 had one on his tummy. It was the size of an actual strawberry . It started fading around 1 or 2 and was completely gone by age 7. We never had any issues with it or paid much attention to it at all. HTH!
