My kid is sleeping past 7. Repeat: my kid is sleeping past 7!!!! I'm drinking coffee in bed and doing nothing. Yay.
Today I am working 6-9 at my painting instruction job. I'm missing a book club meeting but I may try and join in after work if they are still going. My H works every weekend, so it's me and DD hanging out during the day. We usually do the playground and low-key stuff on Saturdays because I avoid all crowds.
cabbagecabbage I hear you on avoiding crowds. I fear I made a huge mistake by committing to a touch a truck even today. Hopefully the crappy weather will scare people away
I still have a whole lot of yard to rake But! It is absolutely beautiful out so that's a bonus. Also need to do groceries. Thinking about having a fire tonight.
DD has swimming lesson this morning and then we're going to a Science Festival with our neighbors and my brother and his girlfriend. DD has been excited about it all week (and the possibility of the ice cream truck being there lol) so it should be a good time.

I am in love with the fact that there is a science festival near you. science is amazing!

It decided to storm today and knock out our internet. So the kids might kill each other or us soon. Thankfully we have my niece's bday party this afternoon so they don't go stir crazy.

Shitty weather all around! It's raining so plans to do anything outside have been ruined. Boo. We are heading into civilization later today to go to trader joes and costco then eating dinner at our new favorite Indian restaurant. Yum! Is it dinner time yet?!
Hopefully it's not raining tomorrow. Not a lot to do on a mountain when it rains!
It's yucky out here too. We're just hanging around playing. Idk if I slept weird or what but my balance is so off. Last night I kept running into things when I was getting up to pee.

If this tech support guy continues to talk to me like I'm an idiot I might go pregnancy rage monster on him.
-I am going to need you to restart your modem. -I already did that. -Well in order to properly reset it you need to depress the red button on the back and hold it for 15 seconds. You might need a pencil or paper clip or small object. -That's what I did. -Can you do it again for me? -Sure. -Ok is it working now? -Um, no.

Dh ran a half marathon this morning. I feel like a terrible wife because I didn't go watch. I slept horrible last night and couldn't keep my eyes open. It was 39 degrees this morning. He did really well though!
Now he's sleeping, ds is sleeping and I might do the same!
Touch a truck was awesome! The weather was so crappy that it wasn't crowded, and then it was beautiful and sunny. I'm so glad I didn't bail like I wasted too. Ds had a freaking blast!
@lostinfaith that's awesome your dh did a half marathon! Was it the first time he did one? MH gets on running kicks every so often but won't do more than a 5k.

comicSans Sorry your DD has HFM! DS had it last week. Not fun.
DS and I went to a birthday party this morning and he was so well-behaved!
DH is working on the backyard and patio, which is a mud pit. Which means mud all through the house. So I was getting DS and I a snack and he had a toddler fit and threw it all over the floor, thus rendering it inedible. I was so mad!

No, he's done 12ish, I believe, half marathons and 4 full marathons. He does the half in our city every spring. He likes running!

DS let me take a 2 hour rest which is somewhere between a nap and being woken up every 15 minutes for something.
Also, just had my first experiance with BH this PG and they were no joke! I don't remember them being that strong with DS. I am sitting down with a big glass of water now in hopes that my ute calms down some.
We moved into our new house today! It went amazingly well, although our old house is still full of random items we need to get. And of course DH leaves on a work trip tomorrow. Ugh.
We have no internet because the crazy woman who sold us the house still hasn't disconnected her cable/Internet account, even though we closed 2.5 weeks ago. The cable company would not let us move out account here until she does. Wtf. If only I could figure out how to use hers...
Our internet is still out because there is cable down somewhere in the neighborhood and they can't find it. So irritating as I have homework to do.

I hope everyone's Internet is back up. I cannot survive without my wi-fi. I'd have to move to be entertained. That sounds awful!
I'm letting Sunday get a lazy start. That means DD is allowed free reign of the computer and YouTube videos. I'm about to make some breakfast and try and get some of my house cleaned.
Let me live vicariously through you. Tell me your fabulous Sunday plans!
Dh let me sleep in until 10, and it was glorious. Of course I can't really sleep in that late and most of it I was just watching Netflix and pretending to sleep.
It's raining and gross today. Probably going to go to my parents with ds at some point. Ds needs a hair cut too.
How often do you little guys get hair cuts? Lately it's been every 5-6 weeks for ds. I feel like that's a lot

My daughter has had two haircuts in three and a half years but that's because she wants rapunzel hair and it's only a bit past her shoulders.
That seems like a lot to me but if his hair grows quickly and you want it short, I can see it. This is one of those things I haven't thought about for a boy.
