What healthy habits have you followed this week? Passover made eating well a but more difficult but I made better choices and used portion control. Also went to gym twice and started a 30 day challenge.
What are this past weeks victories? Lost 6.6 in my 4 week dietbet, so I'm stoked about tjsy
What are your challenges? Being consistent. I often start and dont finish so I'm working on this.
Goal for next week? Continue tracking meals, working out and cleaning house! (Have a cleaning service coming on Friday)
What healthy habits have you followed this week? Did all the toning workouts on the schedule for my summer challenge (tone it up bikini series) and walked 10.28 miles for my mileage goal (100 miles by the first day of summer). I feel like I ate a lot of veggies last week. I cooked a lot more bc of Passover, so hopefully that can continue. LO's earlier bedtime makes that a bit easier bc now we eat after she goes to bed.
What are this past weeks victories? Miles and not missing any workouts!
What are your challenges? I am running on very little sleep. We have hit a rough patch with BF and I think it's impacting her sleep. Or she is also just going through a sleep rough patch as well. Most nights I get one 3 hour block and then she is up every hour or 1.5 hours, I am feeling pretty beat. Last night she did 3 and then 2.5 though so maybe things are improving?! We are seeing an LC tomorrow for some help.
Goal for next week? Hit all the workouts again and log some more miles!
FYI if anyone is looking for short toning workouts the challenge I am doing posts video routines and they are all under 20 min, so it is super doable.
