1. Did you accomplish your goals last week? Yeah, I didn't run as much as I'd like, but I did good with everything else.
2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Since my husband is eating healthier that means I am too so no ice cream this week
3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? Run 3-4x, gym 2x to lift and yoga 2x
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? PR in the half and full marathon, but I'm taking a break from training so not sure if that will be happening anytime soon.
5. Bonus Question: what is your favorite thing to do to relax after a tough/tiring day? Taking a bath and drinking a glass of wine. I haven't done this in so long.

1. Did you accomplish your goals last week? Nope! I barely moved from the computer as I was finishing up a bunch of papers. I did go to a yoga class on Saturday, but otherwise was completely sedentary.
2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Do cardio at least 3x and yoga at least once. Cut back on caffeine.
3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? The above
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Stay healthy to improve my chances of getting and saying pregnant
5. Bonus Question: what is your favorite thing to do to relax after a tough/tiring day? Drink... Lol. I feel like I should have something better here.
1. Did you accomplish your goals last week? Food- yes. Running- no. It was cold and rainy here all last week. I only got one run in.
2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Well first, I need to pull the trigger on buying an elliptical so that I don't have any excuses not to work out.

4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Run a 5k and lose the last 16 pounds I need to lose.

2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Just making better food choices, trying to move more and get back to bar method consistently
3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? Two barre classes and 10000 steps at least five days
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Lose now 40lbs...oh god.

TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF).
