How did you hold up these past two weeks?
Terribly! Ha ha. My return to work has been so bumpy. Our kitchen isn't done so I can't cook dinner and I am exhausted. I DID get on the treadmill twice. That was something!
What is your very specific goal for the next week?
I am going to log my food every day. Even if I don't make great choices, I have to see what I am actually doing. So my goal is food log every day.
How many weeks/months pp are you? Will be 2 months on Sunday
What is your overall goal right now? Current goal is losing the baby weight (15 more pounds), after that I have a 40 lb weigh loss goal.
How did you hold up these past two weeks? I did ok last week, got my workouts in. This week has been bad. I'm currently sick so no workout today or yesterday because I don't feel good, or the day before because I was just so tired. I worked out on Monday and I worked up a sweat cleaning the carpet on Tuesday (the carpet cleaner is on its last leg and wouldn't suck up the water, so I blotted it up with towels...
What is your very specific goal for the next week?
Get back on track with my workouts. I need to do at least 2 if I also take a walk at least 2 days.
What is your overall goal right now? lose 5-10 lbs but really to just feel better about myself/my body
How did you hold up these past two weeks? Okay. Food wise pretty good - I have really decreased my sweets in take and tried to replace cookies with healthier options like hard boiled eggs. So far my supply seems to be doing okay without the lactation cookies. Exercise-wise I was able to walk all the weekend days but week days I don't do anything. Once it's lighter later I hope to start walking after DS goes to bed.
What is your very specific goal for the next week? Continue to make healthier food choices and figure out how to get some exercise in between rain storms this weekend.

What is your overall goal right now? Lose 29 pounds (I gained a lot with my pregnancy and my untreated thyroid leaves me with no energy to workout so it's taking a lot longer than I had hoped)
How did you hold up these past two weeks? I had my ups and downs. Due to being exhausted and having a lot going on we ordered out more than usual but I have also had several days of feeling sick to my stomach so I haven't been eating much and what I do eat is healthy.
What is your very specific goal for the next week? To run on the treadmill at least 4 times for at least 20 minutes.

How did you hold up these past two weeks? Ok, working out 3 times a week but not doing well on the food front. Lots of unhealthy snacking. Not sure how to quit snacking. Thinking of taping pictures to my pantry.

Very specific goal would be to begin bottle feeding once a day at least so when I return to work it's not a disaster like it was with dd. So far Ds takes bottles fine but we need to continue that so he doesn't forget them haha

At first I was so overwhelmed I cried. But my milk came in, nipples hurt a bunch (initial damage and sensitive nipplea plus very strong latch) and then things tapered out in last couple days and I am doing much better What is your very specific goal for the next week? Continue to heal my nipples and try lactation tea. No cookies since I am gluten free
What is your overall goal right now? Eat better, maintain weight as LO eats more solids and nurses less, tone up
How did you hold up these past two weeks? Bad...was pulled in for lots of all day meetings which meant work provided lunches for us. The lunches were good but they were too good....

What is your overall goal right now? 12 pounds left to pre-pregnancy weight, then 15 or so more after that. How did you hold up these past two weeks? Weight loss has stopped, I guess I shouldn't complain because the 38 pounds out of 50 I gained just fell off with no effort. Going to have to do something now!

Start logging what I am eating so I can get an idea of what I need to adjust. Also my hubby is getting me an elliptical, can't wait to use it!

How did you hold up these past two weeks? Well the first week was good; I met my goal of not eating out. Week 2 was not so hot
What is your very specific goal for the next week? Get more sleep so I have more energy for life in general. I would also REALLY like to start Couch to 5k, but I have no idea when I'll be able to fit in gym time (too cold to run outside here.)
