How healthy have you been?
Not healthy at all. I was in an Indian wedding this past weekend which is a multi-day event and I ate so much food. I feel so bloated and sluggish, but it was so good. Kids started daycare today and I go back to work Wednesday, so I'm really looking forward to getting into a routine and figuring out when I can fit in working out.
Wins for the week?
My bridesmaid dress fit and didn't rip. This weeks bummers?
I didn't think I was as big as I am until I saw some pics from the wedding. Yeesh.
QOTW: Would you rather eat whatever you want and workout daily or.... never workout and diet. I hate dieting, so I'm going to go with eat what I want and work out daily. I'm good at eating what I want right now. Working out ... not so much.

How healthy have you been? Pretty good considering. I only got 1.78 miles bc it rained all week and then there was a poopsplusion during my walk yesterday. I did the strength workouts m-w. Th was our travel day but I did th and F workout on F. Then nothing sat and just the wall Sun. We are driving back today, so I might just pick up the workouts tomorrow again. Looks like weather is really nice this week so I should be able to walk mor. Wins for the week? Ate pretty well not being home. Not snacking all day but just eating during meals. Did pretty well with the work pjs This weeks bummers? Definitely the weather.
QOTW: Would you rather eat whatever you want and workout daily or.... never workout and diet. Definitely eat w/e and workout daily. This is basically what I am doing now, eventually I will have to deal with curbing food again, but not now. I like working out for the most part, not all the time or anything but in general it's fun and also I appreciate the me time of it so much right now.

LOL at this week's question. I DO work out 5-6 days a week - 4 of them pretty hard - and eat what I want... and I don't lose weight. So I would pick that! If it worked. *grumble grumble*

Update: Maybe I'm just a pig.
I heard somewhere its 80% diet and 20% exercise. I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'd rather eat whatever and workout more, and that's usually what I do. I eat in moderation rather than saying "I cant eat that". and I don't think you're a pig

Haha, thanks. I figured I would get back into shape physically and not worry too much about the food weeks 6-12 since I'm breastfeeding. Starting at week 12 I'm going to try to eat more healthfully, and then when she starts solids at 6 months and my supply isn't as crucial, I'll probably cut calories a bit more. BUT. I can button almost all of my regular pants again! They don't look great, but I can button them.
jewel441, how is the TIU challenge? Are their food suggestions doable or insane?
Well I am not really doing the food part just the workouts. I am more on your plan, where I eat w/e, generally I am eating healthy but with plenty of treats and as much as I want and no tracking/counting. I can't do a food plan that is like meal by meal, that's too much commitment and I am not really a recipe person I am just a wing it in the kitchen, also I cook for H too... There general food philosophy though is good it's generally whole foods, lean protein, lots of veggies, healthy fats. They have some weird stuff about fruit and dairy that I have always ignored though.
I love the workouts though and it's super doable. All of the videos are under 20 min and it works everything but def you get a lot of abs!
