Do you ladies have a special skincare regiment now that you're KU? I typically use L'Bri (and did so with my last pregnancy) but a friend (who doesn't know I'm KU) is trying to switch me to Rodan and Fields. The R&F ingredients list looks scary and their website won't say if they're safe or not, they just say to consult the doctor.
I'm definitely getting to the point where my skin needs help but I don't want to do anything that isn't safe. With how difficult things have been, I'm just trying to be so careful. Maybe I'm looking too much into things?
I'm having horrible acne right now. I only use an acne cleanser and spot treat with benzoyl peroxide. I was worried about using acne products while pregnant with #1 but one of my docs said you would have to bathe in it to really be dangerous. I know I'm just going to have to suffer through these breakouts for a little while and then they'll be gone. Not much help over here.

I didn't make any changes during my last pregnancy but switched up my nightly face wash this time. I used to use Clean and Clear and switched to a Neutrogena Naturals face wash and it seems to be working well so far. But I also had better skin when KU so who knows!

The acne started last week for me, not a fan. I've always just used water and a washcloth on my face, but now I might need something more. They seem to be the painful underneath pimples though, will a cleanser help with those? I use Clarins serum and moisturizer, they are crazy expensive but I love the smell. I don't wear makeup, so I try to justify it that way.

I wish I could get away with no makeup!
I probably can't, i just never learned how, and now I'd hate to learn and have to wake up earlier in order to put it on before work!
I've always had bad skin, I inherited oily skin from my dad and my PCOS out of whack hormones haven't helped. Even when I was on birth control I had frequent breakouts but they were minor in the grand scheme of things.
I just bought some Aveda skin cleanser and moisturizer. They aren't completely chemical free but they are plant/flower based instead of pure chemicals.

I'm with LovesMeSomeCake in the never learned how to apply make up/ foundation camp but I do use powder, eyeshadow and mascara. I use Neutrogena cleansing wipes at night, wash with water in the mornings and when I get pimples I use witch hazel and it helps with the swelling and redness. I use Olay moisturizers too...
