We start bedtime at 7:30, and she's in bed 8:00-8:25. I wake her at 7:30am, and she takes one 1.5hr nap a day. Recently she'll play in bed for 2 hours and not falling sleep until around 10, and wondering if I should move her bedtime back.

Bedtime is between 7-7:30 here. She plays in bed for about 20-30 minutes a night, but that doesn't seem to change even when we keep her up later. I've stuck with the early bedtime so that both kids go down at the same time. She wakes for the day around 7:30, naps for about 1.5 hours.
Girl loves her sleep. Wish her sister felt the same!

Bedtime is between 8-8:30. Because of little sis we let her watch an episode of Peppa Pig in our bed while we put her down at 7:30 and then we brush, pajamas, one book and then bed. Usually she is out within 10 minutes of hitting the pillow. Wake up is between 6:30-7:30 usually.
Naps are around 2 hours but do not happen everyday anymore. I need nap time for my sanity though so I will occasionally bribe her with a teeny piece of chocolate haha
DS1 bedtime is 6:30. He does play for a few minutes but he almost always asleep well before 7. He wakes for the day around 5:30 now. He takes a 2 hour nap. DS2 goes to bed at 7. He usually wakes every 3 hours. Sometimes we have better nights, sometimes worse
We start our bedtime routine 7:45/8 which is a snack (we need to stop this but she doesnt like to eat much of her dinner), potty, PJs, teeth, say goodnight to everyone including animals, then daddy reads her 3 books. At this point its usually 8:30/8:45 and sometimes she will go right to sleep and sometimes we will hear her still playing close to 10, luckily once she's in bed she wont get out if it so she only plays with what's in her bed. She wakes between 8:30/9 most days and naps for about 2 hours (although some days she refuses but I still make her lay down in her bed and she will just play with her stuffed animals). She has always done better with a later bedtime and later wakeup so I haven't tried to change that too much. DS (3 months) starts bedtime routine at the same time and is down by 8:30 and up for the day anywhere from 6:30-8 so it's nice to have a little one on one time with him before his sister wakes up.

Us too. I don't want to do a 9/10 bed time, that is just too late for a toddler, so I keep the earlier bedtime as long as she knows it's bedtime and she can just do her thing while "trying" to go to sleep.
7-730 is when we tuck him in, and we start the bedtime routine usually 630 or 645. He has always been an early riser, and we had recently gotten him to start sleeping in until 630. But now the baby wakes up between 5-530, and ds1 often hears him and gets up too
