J naps better when he's on his tummy on my chest, but I've never lain him down to sleep on his tummy. I feel like if have a chance of him actually sleeping at night when he can sleep on his tummy, but he can't he can't flip over yet. He sleeps with his face to the side when he's on my chest.
I know he needs more time on his back and more tummy time so he will eventually learn to roll, but he hates it. He just wants to be upright all the time.
kelltothekell she never a stays totally face down long. It's always just part of getting to her other cheek. Straight up face down would make me nervous too

Oh man Lsquared, what a morning. I literally LOL'd and almost woke the sleeping baby on my chest. We had library time this morning, too, luckily it was no where near as intense!!
Lsquared, I'm legit terrified of birds. I would've packed up and left as soon as I saw what the show was. Sorry kids, mommy can't deal. Maybe next week. Birds are a big fat hell no for me.

We knew there was going to be a bird show. I'm not usually nervous around them. I just didn't realize it would be so...interactive

Lsquared - that is ridiculous! I would do shots of tequila or something if I were you ...
silverspoon - I am sorry about the salad menu and your boss saying your name. I would hide out in the loading dock and eat an awesome salad with you, if I could.
Ugh. I totally dropped the ball. I had planned to bring S's teachers a gift card for coffee or something today, and completely forgot. Now I have to try to convince H to go grab some tonight. Sigh

Maybe you should be the bird whisperer! It seemed like they were very attracted to you!

Been trying to get on here all morning. Baby won't cooperate! H and I are off to lunch with baby in tow. She is napping....for now. Tomorrow is DSs last day of preschool and my last day of mat leave. So much going on and all the feels for many different reasons.
Here is my funny for the day. I ordered a real nursing bra for work. I needed one that lifts and separates instead of the comfy ones I've been wearing at home. I measured myself to make sure I ordered the correct size. It came in the mail today and I saw it and freaked out. I thought "that thing is HUGE!!! It will never fit me!!" I tried it on. Fit like a glove. FML.
Lsquared, um wut?! Ya id be skipping the bird show. Happy 5 months to yall! Congrats scorpioscuba will be thinking of you tmrw! Do yall have a nanny lined up or d.c.?

H is taking over!!! I kinda feel sorry for him. He will have both kiddos until his summer school class starts at the end of June then we have a nanny coming for 6 weeks.
H came home, got changed, did dishes and started supper. My head and shoulders are killing me. The baby is getting tired. H pissed me off. After being home for all of five minutes, he gave me crap for losing my cool with S. S was being whiney and annoying and I'd already told him no 50,000 times, so I snapped, and H goes "you don't need to get mad at him". Eff off. I've been dealing with this crap for hours. You've been here five minutes.
Lots of wakes up here too. I'm pretty sure DD2 was up 3 times to nurse. So tired. I need to get new tires today. I hate car stuff but at least my husband is coming with me.
I spent 3 hours at the dealership last night. Thankfully Dh picked up the bigger two and the baby was calm, but not a fun way to spend my night. I hope your tires are quick!
3 hours!!! How miserable. 1.5 hours today so not too bad.
I usually wake up bc im a huge stickler for routines. Unless it is the newborn stage, when they dont really have a routine anyway. silverspoon, I was just at panera too and they totally changed everything. No more buttered noodles for the kiddos! Dd doesnt eat anything there except cookies now, so if I want to eat there I have to bring her lunch w me.
Oh man. I love Panera...why did everything change!? Do they still have black bean soup?

That's how you roll when your "family" car is being worked on and the other doesn't fit all the kiddos. Womp womp.
