chatterbox, that sucks butt. Here's hoping it gets gone quickly then. Did you at least get an apology for your long wait?
No apology. It was a walk-in med center so I expected I would have to wait. I just didn't expect that the wait would be two hours! I did get an apology from the pharmacy that had me wait for a little over an hour for my antibiotics. Apparently they were short staffed. It was a long night but I'm starting to feel much better
Yesterday we went to an afternoon BBQ at my boss' house since she is here and we are leaving. LO sobbed hysterically every time she tried to hold her or made eye contact with her. I felt so bad. LO was cool with her husband and her kids, just not her.

Firstborn took some kind of weird dislike to one of my friends and would cry hysterically from just being in the same room. Sometimes they just do and it feels awful
Kids are so funny! I'm a music teacher and song to my kids constantly. We went to a concert last summer when ds had just turned one and every time they started singing he screamed.

K has been screaming at me most of today. I put her in bed around 9:30, then she woke up screaming a few minutes later. H tried soothing her and eventually changed her diaper again and took her out of the swaddle and she passed out on him. I swaddled her back up and burped her and now she's fine. It's just so unlike her to be this fussy. I think she had some gas issues, but she had also puked a ton and was really bad at nursing today. Lots of suckling and then pulling off on repeat. My nipples are feeling it. Some of this was going on yesterday too. Hoping tomorrow is better.

So right before we left the house this morning I smelled poop. Laid her down, wiped her up, and then I shit you not, the girl pooped for a solid 2 minutes. It was impressive. Just kept coming lol. Then a peed everywhere. So, I'm guessing this is why we had issues yesterday. She's been very content all day today so far.

Well, I know we are due for a new randoms thread but I didn't want to start it and have this be the first post. LOL.
Umm... has anyone else had diarrhea issues with their IUD? I thought it was food poisoning, I had it for a week straight after insertion and I am starting to have issues again. Is that crazy to think? I have my follow up Monday to get strings snipped but thought I would ask here first. Whenever I have GI issues I usually have increased cramping and bleeding.
We are leaving LO with a "sitter" (my aunt and uncle, who have 8 grandkids ages 3-12 and live 5 min from where the wedding is) tonight. I am nervous and excited

Our coffeemaker quit this morning. I am not a happy momma. I swear we go thru like 3 a year; it's ridiculous.
I could not function if my keurig died.
I legitimately have 2 backup keurigs in my pantry. One was a replacement from the company because the one I have is on its last leg and the other was a gift from someone who got it as a gift and doesn't drink coffee.

but, you can use it for so much more than just coffee.
