I don't know if labor is imminent for me or not (probably not), but I feel horrendous today. I've thrown up several times and I feel really intense pressure in my pelvic area. I'm not having any contractions though. I got about 2.5 hours of sleep last night, so that could be contributing.

I hope this is a sign labor is coming for you. Or I hope you feel better soon
I seriously slacked on work last week, so I really need to keep my focus this week. Ugh, it's just so hard!! I must have the shortest attention span known to man right now.

I hope that's labor babyzebra! Or that it goes away soon regardless!
The good news: baby slept for almost 4 hours(!!!) in the early morning hours today.
The bad news: I woke up in a puddle of milk with severe engorgement pain in both breasts. I had to wake the baby up to get things under control. Supply and demand, ladies. Breastfeeding is sexy.

+1. I feel about the same and got next to no sleep. But my due date is weeks away so I'm not hopeful. Actually, with how tired I feel, I better not have this baby soon. I need sleep.

You have a good excuse!!! I think it's amazing you've kept working all this time on bed rest.

At first it kept me sane with giving me something to do every day. Now I'm just over it.

Fingers crossed this means labor. Or maybe you overdid it this weekend since your husband has been gone a lot with work. I hope it's the first option. Feel better either way!
I need to be super focused at work. I have a lot of things to wrap up. I might have to give an presentation to like 30 people at the company on Thursday because my employee who was supposed to do it is out on medical leave. I must stay focused, but it's just so hard.
babyzebra I'm so sorry you are feeling so bad!! Maybe this is it?!?
@cheeze I feel like naps should win over cleaning every time
Yay for sleep frecklesnbrains! Sorry about the uber sexy overflowing milk engorgement situation. I had no idea I would be so sticky ALL THE TIME! Between sneak attack spit-ups and constant leakage I feel like I need 4 showers a day!
microworm I'm sorry you are sick hopefully you can get some rest today.
Today will be a test for me. The first day home with three kids. I may try a trip to target.
I'm so glad we have a big, comfy rocker-recliner to breastfeed in, as all feedings are team efforts as I have a four year old on one side and a three year old on the other. While I gave to remind them every two minutes to give baby some space. It's me who really needs it.

In L&D for an NST. My BP was 153/102 at my ob/check I just had.... Not sure what the rest of today holds, but I'm having a baby this week for sure they said.

Add me to the feels like shit club. I woke up at 4 because my joints *hurt.* Hips, back, even my wrists and elbows. Wtf. I also think I'm constipated. I'm just so uncomfortable.
I feel like a horrible person but I ended up skipping my nephews' kindergarten graduation this morning. There's just too much this week. I couldn't do it. I'm sure I'll hear about it from my sister.
5 hours until my appointment this afternoon. I'm so scared they're going to schedule another appointment later this week, instead of this weekends inevitable induction.
I am in my last week, which means I can say "Sunday" when someone asks me when I'm due. What? Feels strange. Add me to the club of people who need to focus at work but don't wanna. I'm thinking of making this my last week.
carolinaheart I'm sorry you are so uncomfortable! I feel like given how you feel and how much you have going on this week you should get a pass on missing a kindergarten graduation... Hopefully your sister will understand. Good luck at the appointment today!
carolinaheart, I completely agree with packerfan4life. You shouldn't feel guilty at all. I mean, it's kindergarten. I know some people think these things are a big deal, but I'm not one of them. I really hope your sister doesn't give you a hard time because that would be shitty.

Flair Underwood good luck with the NST! Sorry about the BP... I've been there too, and it's scary. They'll take good care of you and baby though.
carolinaheart ditto on saying you should have no guilt. It's actually one of my pet peeves when people make such a big deal about graduation from kindergarten or pre-school. When I was a kid we didn't have mini caps and gowns or ceremonies. Yeah, it's fun and cute, but also kind of NBD.

Thanks, ladies! I think the only reason I'm feeling bad for missing is because my sister is absolutely going to give me a hard time about it. The boys didn't even know I was planning on going and I'm sure they have a crowd. They won't even miss me and I'll see then this afternoon after my appointment.
babyzebra I feel the same way. My due date is the 9th and Last night I didn't sleep at all and the pressure is crazy. I'm not having many contractions though so I feel like it's just a tease. Hoping for both of us the end is near
Ds went back to school today and I'm actually getting some work done. Feels good to be productive and he was so excited to go back it made me happy. I'm glad baby didn't come last week so that he'll at least have his regular routine when he does come.
The main stuff in the nursery is set up. I just have to organize things and pick up the pictures I had printed. It feels good to have that settled. I love how it looks too! I'll have to find the nursery thread and post pictures.
I just had an appointment and ultrasound. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow, and he is measuring 7pounds 6ounces. I know the estimates can be off by a pound or so, but I'm thinking he is going to be a good size baby.
