Guys, it is 2:20am, and I've been awake for two hours. Whyyyyyy??? Like, this is way better than the nausea I had the last few times, but I really want to sleep.
Instead, I'm lying awake debating whether NYC's G&T programs (which we are not in; DD is 3) have age-appropriate levels of homework. Stop it, brain.
At least I have a MW appt today; I'm going to ask if they're ok with me taking Unisom once in a while, since this is the third night in a row I've been up for 2+ hours.
Ugh. Pregsomnia is terrible. hopefully you were able to shut your brain off and get back to sleep!
Instead of our original plans of me and DH doing a diy project together though, I'm home with our sick DD. Ah well. Best laid plans and all that lol....

opheliainwaders, hw in early education programs is definitely an important thing to consider... But not before dawn! So sorry your brain was being difficult and kept you awake.
I have an appointment with a nurse at 9. DS and I just finished breakfast and will hang out for a bit. I love not having to rush in the am.

Happy birthday @ellabee !!!
Today is the last day of school! DS is so excited and I'm looking forward to summer vacation with him (remind me I said this in a month when I'm complaining ok?). Walking him over to school then running some errands with DD. Happy Friday all!
Add me to the tired club. DD decided to have a party for two hours in the middle of the night. She's sick so I gave her what she wanted (milk, then a snack) because she needed the fluids and hadn't eaten much. She was incredibly adorable though.
I'm giving my last exam of the year, then the crunch is on to get grades in by Wednesday.
heybulldog56 are you on summer break or did you just take the morning off? I cannot wait for break!
Trying to make meal plans and a grocery list and nothing sounds appetizing. Blah. +whatever to exhausted. DS has randomly woken up in the middle of the last three nights and has been getting up around 5 for the day. Just no child. I need you to go back to sleeping through the night and regular wake ups. My money is on teething, the canine teeth area is looking pretty swollen.
Tired here too. I know that DS is getting his 2 year molars, but I think he was having nightmares last night too. He kept waking up screaming. Scared the bejeebies out of me.

My in-laws are in town for the weekend, so DH took off work today. Which means DD didn't go to day care. Which means I didn't have to take care of anyone this morning but myself. Which means I got to sleep until about 6 instead of 5:15!
I woke up, showered, got dressed, and ate a bagel and drank hot coffee. BY MYSELF! Cleaned up the kitchen from last night, watered my plants and got out the door before 7. Nothing short of a miracle.
On the sad side, I didn't get to snuggle with DD this morning. And everyone was still asleep when I left.
I should be cleaning my living room right now while I'm up for overnights, but every time I move I feel like I'm gonna hurl. I was actually hungry all day yesterday and I overdid it. So I'm here on the couch watching trash TV.

jrun2013, I wish. My last day is June 21st (punch me in the face). I took the morning off because I have an OB appointment today. Hooray! Well, it's with a nurse but whatever.
I took DS to daycare came home and passed out on the couch. Oops. I am waiting for the nurse to call me back now. There's a McDonald's next door and I really want hash browns. Perhaps I will treat myself before heading back to work.
I am so tired and the nausea is really really bad today. I almost puked twice before I left for work. I don't know how I am going to get through the work day honestly.
I have a double at work today, won't get home til just after midnight, but happy for the work. We are an outdoor place and the weather can really help or hurt business, the last few weeks have been horrible and stressful, so work is good.

I'm sorry for all the sick kids and tired ladies out there, I hope today goes smoothly for everyone!
Afm: So happy it is Friday! Not sure why bc mh works the next two nights so I'm on my own baby wise for two days. I do think my mom is going to come tomorrow evening to help with dinner and bath time so that will be nice. I did hit 11 weeks today so maybe that's why I'm excited for Friday.
After the MW called me last night saying my betas were super high at 18000, of course I started googling all the things for both multiples AND molar pregnancies. STOP BRAIN STOP!!
peaseblossom55, hang in there lady. I hope the nausea goes away and your day flies by.
Happy Friday everyone! I got home last night from my work trip and now I'm trying to catch up on what I missed while I was gone. The house is a mess (my H had a stomach bug and was taking care of DD all day yesterday so I really can't be mad) and I just want to lay on the couch and relax but I don't have the time. I'm just glad for a work break tomorrow and Sunday!
pibblemom, do you have a u/s scheduled any time soon? I'm curious whether there's one or two in there!
I don't and it's killing me!! The MW said she can write a prescription for an early US at a US place next door (they don't do them til 10w in office), but that would be 8w (I'm 6+1 now), and not sure if she wrote it if it would be OOP because they aren't in network (but the US place is). I'm debating calling my primary dr and asking if she can write an RX for one, then it'd definitely be covered. My MW group is OON, but they bill most of their stuff after birth through the in network hospital.
