DD is super whiny and clingy this morning. We're currently watching Barney and not eating breakfast because she won't let me leave, cook, clean, do anything. Okay, kid. You win.
I slept from 9:30 to 8:30 and have run two loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen and front bathroom, and made the menu and grocery list for the week. I'm feeling oddly productive today. It was gorgeous here yesterday and is going to stay that way for a few more days, so I'm taking advantage of the burst of energy and light therapy from the sun.
Later I'm going to do my best to get H out front with me to rake leaves and spiky balls from the sweet gum tree. Then I have to edit my baby journalism class's first articles and make food for the basketball band dinner tomorrow night. Finally -- the LAST GAME. I thought it would never get here.
I'm shockingly not too hungover. Going to force myself to go to barre class and then it's laundry day, boo.
Is that just like a ballet class but only doing barre work? Or is it something else entirely? Because if it's the former that sounds amazing.

I once did a workout where we did our normal barre routine but laying on our backs on the floor. I went into it thinking, psh, that's so easy. OMG. So hard. My abs were on fire lol.

Has anyone tried Piloxing? A new gym in town is offering this and it sounds interesting.
Combo Pilates kickboxing? No... Lots of piyo and yogilates in our area. I question a lot of these classes because many of them sell license to the copyright to instructors after a one weekend class... No vetting of other qualifications. Similar to the ABT Ballet program.
I caught up from my lack of sleep by sleeping for almost 14 hours! Work kicked my ass yesterday and although I had big plans for cleaning house and going to the gym today it's unlikely any of that will get done. Instead DH and I are cuddled up in bed with the pups and my warm blanket watching last weeks scandal. I'm loosing my fitbit challenge but I. Don't. Care.
