When will you start trying again?

For all of you Jan. 2016 hot mamas who are going to have another LO, when will you start trying again? I am just wondering when I will start to see y'all on GKU ...

Since I had a C-section, I have to wait at least a year. So I cannot start trying again until next January. Although I may wait a bit longer ... I cannot imagine paying for three in daycare at the same time for too long...

So it may be next spring for me!

I think I'll be living vicariously most through you since our families are so similar so far!! If my pregnancies didn't end up being so dangerous, I could totally see trying for another this fall/winter. Ah well.

Currently happy with our two, but if we were to try for a third I think we would wait until DS1 would be close to entering kindergarten so that we wouldn't have to pay for 3 in daycare. He would enter in fall 2018 so that would mean trying in mid to late 2017.

+1 to waiting until my first is 15 months or so. We definitely want at least two. If I'm being honest, we'll probably stop at two if we have a girl, but if it's another boy we'd be more likely to try for a third.

If I can convince my husband that we should have a third, we wouldn't try until DD2 is at least 2.

Part of me really wants a third child.

Another part of me is really excited to move on from this baby phase and get more sleep and do more active things as a family.

So I don't know what we'll end up doing.

If we try again it will be sometime next winter or early spring. Our birth control now is pull out method, so I guess we could get a surprise before that as well, although it always has worked for us before.

We're going to do another IVF cycle in January/February after I wean little E (sob). I'm infertile, have a history of loss and will be AMA, so if we want a second one (and we do), we feel like we just need to go for it. I also am not preventing, but the likelihood of that is slim.

Undecided if we will try for another. If we do, it won't be until I'm done school anyway and that's like two years from now.

Oops. I forgot about the part of me that hates all the side effects of being pregnant. Do I really want to go through 6 months of feeling like I'm going to throw up? Or being that low energy? Or putting my body through all that craziness in general?

It's nuts how quickly you forget how much that part sucks.

My hatred of being pregnant was a huge deciding factor in us stopping at 2. That, finances, and H's dislike of the newborn phase.

Except for its so much worse when you are pregnant and have a baby or toddler to take care of, too. You can't just rest or sleep when you need to, there's no spending an entire weekend binging on Netflix because you're exhausted, and the kid has to eat meals even if the sight and smell of food kind of makes you want to die. I can only imagine it's worse when there are two to take care of! I'm scared of finding out.

Yeah, my pregnancies got progressively worse. I don't know whether it's because with DD1 I could totally concentrate on taking care of myself while with DD2 I had to take care of DD1 too and then with DD3 I finally got to sit down at like 8pm... I'm so glad DD2 was STTN by the time I got KU with DD3, though.

I do want another, but it took a damn long time to have J and that included a hella lot of anxiety and depression when going through repeat loss and I don't know if my soul could handle that again. If we do, I think we'll wait until J is 2 to start trying because if it takes a while again, I'd like them around 4 years apart for $$$ reasons.

I want another if someone can promise me that #3 will be exactly like DS, because he's the cutest sweetest baby ever. H says he's done and I hated being pregnant last time.

Who knows. It's going to take me a while to figure out I think.
