Anyone have any really good stain removers? I took out DD's old newborn clothes to wash last night. She spit up a lot as a baby and I'm sad they're all stained yellow. I scrubbed them with Shout, and they look ok but I would like them to be better. She didn't outgrow the spit up until about 8 months, so I know each new batch of clothes I take out will be stained too.
My mom recommended soaking in Biz laundry powder and hot water, and then washing normally. It has gotten out every baby stain I've had so far. I do have a pile of yellow spit up stain clothes that my mom is going to clean for me (since she has some Biz) so I can report back on if it works.

Wet in the sun to dry always helps.
Baby Oxyclean is great stuff if you want to keep it supposedly baby friendly.
If I am not worrying about chemicals, I leave Shout on a bad stain for about a week then soak in Clorox 2 and detergent overnight, then wash. Gets out most things.

I learned so much about laundry by cloth diapering. Best tips I learned. Nothing gets stains out like the sun! Put wet clothes outside with direct sunlight on the stain. The stains magically fade/disappear. You can re-wet as needed.
Also a product called RLR. Add it to your wash cycle with normal detergent and wash. Then rinse untillno bubble/foam lest in the washer. For me it always took 3-4 rinse cycles. But clothes/towels look new after s wash with RLR. Please don't do a soak of use multiple packages in one load, this can damage your washer/tub/ and clothes.

I was recommended a product called Fels Naptha. I've ordered it but haven't tried it yet, so I can't say if it works. Lol, this may not be the most helpful post for you, sorry!!
I did the blue dawn soak on some of DD's poop stains, but I always did them right away and soaked the (haha literal) crap outta them. I am not sure how it works after a period of time. Good luck! Let us know what works for you!

I like carbona stain removers. They're formulated for specific types of stains and thus seem to work better. for example, the fats, grease and oils one can remove bike grease from pretty much anything. The red wine one has saved multiple shirts of my husbands as well. I know neither are really baby related but I seem to have more stains to fight these days.
