What did you get done today? I love to do lists, but somewhere about a month ago I stopped making them. Interestingly enough my house has been a disaster since then. Let's give ourselves credit for what we DID do today, no matter how small. Sometimes I get lost and forget what I actually accomplished amidst the chaos.

I dusted the furniture (not actually polishing, but it's a start) Hung up all Dhs shirts he had stain treated and washed Took out the trash and recycling Brought the cans in from the curb Changed the art work the girls have hanging Washed potatoes for dinner Paid a few bills Swept the kitchen and shook out my rugs Put away random medicine/nail polish/vitamins that were hanging around in the wrong places Painted with both my girls Chopped carrots and cucumbers for the weekend Separated 6lbs of chicken into 6 bags for future meals I'm planning to weed whip the yard while the girls are playing this afternoon
dizzycooks, I'm in envy!!! I'm assuming weed whip is what we call weed eating?!
Not done yet, but I plan to:
Pick up kids at daycare Work out Cook dinner Wash/Dry/Fold a load of laundry Wash dishes from dinner Bathe kids Drink wine while taking a bath since DH is staying upstairs with them tonight.
I know it's not much, but I do my "deep" cleaning on the weekends when I'm home all day. Just not enough time in the afternoons to dust, mop, vacuum, etc.
I survived work and I think... we got everything packed. Still working on my stuff now, but waiting for a load of laundry to dry. I managed to keep the teething baby from any severe melt downs. I think I left everything in reasonable shape for my assistant to carry on in my absence. Oh and I repaired a wooden bench.
I did diaper laundry last night so that will get put away tonight. I assigned DS some chores today before I left for work so dishwasher was emptied and he folded a load of clothes. H made dinner. I'll give the baby a bath and put her to bed and then wash pump parts and bottles. I'm saving the hard stuff for tomorrow.
I took care of the girls all day long. Throughout the day I did dishes and laundry. Once they were asleep I boiled pump parts, cleaned up the playroom, did dishes, and organized coupons.

Yesterday I tidied the living room, washed the diapers, loaded the dishwasher, fed and clothed myself, kept the kids alive, visited with my BFF, and had a shower.
