I took the afternoon off today and we went to the new aquarium in Toronto. It was amazing! There was this huge tank with a tunnel type thing through it so there were sharks and rays swimming all around and overhead. I tried to take a selfie but my loves were too distracted by the shark overhead.
****loss and living child discussed***** We're queer. I'm 34, have severe stage 4 endo, and both fallopian tubes are gone. My love ("Manada" 33) was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. We did Partner IVF (my eggs, her uterus). We lost our twins Tav.in and Ca.sey at 21 weeks gestation.
Thanks for all the feedback. I now realize my pedi was ok'ing cows milk as a drink, not as a replacement for BM/formula. I'm thinking we'll be less stringent on waiting a few days after trying new foods. Our pedi did tell us no allergen foods until 1yo including: peanut butter, chocolate, strawberrit's, fish and shellfish, eggs. Maybe he's a little old school.
Our pedi was big on introducing peanut butter and wheat after 6 months, because several new studies showed that those allergies were becoming more prevalent in kids that did not have exposure. Definitely sounds old school.
hovenb something about breast milk and the fat/protein content being good for building muscle. I dont remember all the details but I know they were paying good money for it.

I think it has to do with the hormones in it as well and that they help boost muscle regrowth. So gross though.SaveSave
My pedi said with no history of allergies we didn't need to follow the 3 day rule ever. Is that wrong? Meh, too late.
No direct history of allergies (my sister is to eggs) and I haven't followed the 3 day rule with either kid. I've also done PB and whole eggs well before they turned 1. So far so good. I didn't really ask my pedi, just did my own research.

He is old school; ours is too. All the new research points to early exposure, so that's what we did.
