RRCS: trying to stay off the crazy train but I'm losing it quickly. I was crampy the past few days and now my chart is weirdly looking triphasic which I've never seen before.
GTKY: What's your favorite workout/sport to play/activity that gets you moving??
I'm loving The 21 Day Fix and I'm excited to start my new program (22 minute hard corps) in a few weeks. I miss playing sports though. Softball & Soccer were my jam growing up.

RRCS: I'm having some pain around my ovaries that feels like round ligament pain, which I'm certain is just a silly mind fuck. I'm having some pms-like cramping, but no spotting yet. I'm not really sure when/if I want to test.
GTKY: What's your favorite workout/sport to play/activity that gets you moving?? Zumba!

RRCS: My boobs hurt so much today. I had no pre-AF symptoms, which was odd because my boobs usually start hurting @6-7DPO, but now it's more than making up for lost time. I just really hope the delayed symptoms are not a sign that my LP is going to be longer than usual. I know a longer LP is usually a good thing, but if I'm not KU it just annoys me because I want the next cycle to start so we can get on with it.
GTKY: What's your favorite workout/sport to play/activity that gets you moving?? I feel like it's been so long since I have done any activity that gets me moving. I did really enjoy Zumba when I used to do that.
Testing Plans: I'd like to hold out for Friday, but will probably test tomorrow morning. My LP is generally ~12 days.
RRCS: I'm bloated, but that's been true for months now. Otherwise, it just feels like PMS is coming. I had some light cramping a couple days ago, but the endo makes it hard to identify.
GTKY: What's your favorite workout/sport to play/activity that gets you moving?? I like Zumba, though I haven't found a class around here that I like. Otherwise, I like yoga and bike riding.

RRCS: Just got my progesterone drawn. Anxious for the results. I'll be putting away the therm in a couple days and hopefully relaxing on vacay the rest of the TWW.
GTKY: What's your favorite workout/sport to play/activity that gets you moving? I miss running. I need it in my life again but now isn't the time to make that commitment. Lame excuse but it was hard work for me.
