I really need this back... Things have gotten very out of hand. My eating has been so bad I think it's affecting LO. She has been so freaking gassy. It's even messing up her sleep. And sleep is more important than my desire to shovel junk food down my throat.
I can post a new one back on Tuesday then or anyone can. Maybe a first person who wants to post it each week system is better than having it be one person's responsibility?

I have a weigh-in for a Diet Bet on Friday/Saturday and I am hoping I'll make it. Not drinking carbonated beverages has seemed to help. Really need to add the exercise back in.

I am such a fatty. I had goals to hit, and failed miserably. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I lift and do cardio pretty hard, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Losing weight after baby #1 seemed so easy, and it seems impossible after #3. Maybe because I'm 31 now instead of 25?

I could have written this. The only difference is I'm 33. Losing the baby weight #1 was absurdly easy. #2 was harder but #3? I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I'm working out as much as I can for having 3 little ones. I know I don't eat the best right now because I'm nursing and am hungry 24/7, but come on! These 15 lbs are not budging. I feel so terrible about myself these days.
