What are your goals: To just improve my self-image and feel better about myself.
What's going well: Not a whole lot. Haha. Thus why I'm here!
What's challenging: Time. I have zero me time for anything ever. I need to make myself a priority.
Anything else you want to share: We are going on a trip next week and I am hoping to do a lot of hiking plus I am setting a goal for myself to at least go on a walk every day!
GTKY: start with a fitness one, do you like to workout solo or in a group? I prefer to work out with one or two friends, not in a big group.

What are your goals: Be fit to maintain overall health
What's going well: Eating is good. I'm super careful of what I eat around DS because he will want some of whatever I have, and I want to promote good nutrition for him throughout his life. What's challenging: Going to the gym. There's no way I can exercise at home with how inconsistent things are, so I prefer going out. But that still involves having everyone be ready to go before afternoon nap, so some days it just doesnt happen.
Anything else you want to share: I love watching movies or junk tv while exercising because it helps the time go by faster.

Yes! I miss Zumba! The class I use to go to starts too early. I need a later class but can't seem to find one that fits my schedule. Online isn't as much fun

What are your goals: Lose weight, lose the bread dough belly, tone up, and be physically more fit.
What's going well: Pretty much everything. I'm in a good place with eating and exercise. Lifting and cardio. What's challenging: I gave up chocolate and peanut butter if it's not in some kind of health supplement form. It gives me the sads, but I can not do moderation! Super hard to not dive into the peanut butter jar.
Anything else you want to share: I was watching extreme weight loss with Chris Powell at the gym, but it seems they took it off the time slot for when I'm at the gym. It sucks because I think that show is very motivating!
